Minos stood at guard to the right of Lord Garland's throne, ready to do whatever his lord commanded.

Theatana appeared in a ball of fire though not quite meaning to. She was learning her power and could sometimes control it. This time she ended up here on accident.

Garland chuckled as the young girl appeared, charring the stone floor black with fiery ball that surrounded her. Minos moved forward raising his axe, but Garland stopped him with a subtle gesture of his hand. Garland was amussed by the confused look on the child's face and remarked grinning. "It appears that someone needs to practice a little harder on her spells... It could prove quite dangerous to pop in unexpectedly like this."

Theatana turned to the man. "Who are you?" She asked.

Garland's expression turned from amussment to annoyance. "You are far from home, young one, I will do the questioning here in my hall." He leaned back in his throne and his brow unfurrled, a smile returning to his face. "Now, by all means, please introduce yourself."

"I'm Theatana. I'm from Angmar, and I'm not young!" She said in a determined manner though not offensively. (Like all teens do))

As Theatana finished speaking, Garland's laughter filled the hall. "When you are my age, dear, you will see the humor in your words." He straightened himself on his throne. "I am Garland, Master of the Black Chasam of Khazad-Dum. Welcome, Theatana, you are among friends."

"My father never speaks of you. How do I know you speak the truth?"

Garland replied, "Perhaps the reason your father has not spoken to me is because have yet to actually meet. Though, recently we have become allies." He then glanced to his side where the beastly Minos stood. "Besides, had I felt the need to kill you I would not have stilled Minos' hand." He then smiled and stood, circling around the side of the girl, his black cape waving behind him. "Tell me, Theatana, what was the intended target of your teleport spell?"

"My dad's throne room. I was in the training fields with my brother. My mom and dad were teachinf us how to control our spells. Looks like I screwed up again. Dad's gonna kill me now."

Garland laughed, "I am sure your father will understand. A simple mistake. Though a deadly one it could prove to be. I am sure the elves would have loved the opportunity to have Morsereg's child appear in their realm." Garland filled two gobblets with cool water from a diverted mountain spring. He then vanished in a bright flash, only to reappear before the young princess of Angmar. He smirked as he offered her a cup. "Concentration is key, young one. Invision exactly where you wish to be, else suffer the failure."

Theatana looked at the cup but neither took nor said anything, still not truly trusting the man.

Garland drank his water and shruged when the girl did not take the other and drank it himself. "So, Theatana, would you like an escort back to angmar, or will you be attempting your spell again?"

She shrugged. "Is there anything fun to do here?" She asked him. "Angmar is getting pretty boring."
