Minos bowed to his master and then approached Ilmare, taking the banners she had offered. "My troops can reach Mithlond within a day, they will fall in rank at your flank, bearing your banner, as if they were mearly your own rienforcements." Minos then turned and quickly headed to mobilize his forces.

Garland looked curiously at a guard. "You would think birds would have a bit of trouble flying into a mountain...." He shrugged and picked up the letter to read. As he finished reading he looked to the guard. "Khand requests my presence in a council. Ride and give him my regrets that I could not come personaly and give him my request that you sit on this council in my stead." The guard nodded, 'Yes, my lord,' then bowed and left for Khand.

Ilmare came directly from the battle of Mithlond and walked through Moria to the throne roome of Garland. She bowed before him and said:" My lord, I am thankfull for your quick response in this matter. I hope you don't keep any bad feelings about my move against Lady Megloren. I see, how foolish it was. Please accept my apology."

Garland nodded. "It is unfortunate that we lost our ally, but, it is done. Looking backwards now will not help our cause. Perhaps the lady of Isengard would have turned on us in then end regardless - it is unclear to me. Now we must look forward, decide who can be trusted, and rebuild our alliance."

"Indeed, my Lord. I learned that Lady Vaire is ambassador of Moria and like to meet her for a quest, my allie of Haradwaith and me have figured out. We are going to destruct Gondor from inside, by seeding doubt and distrust into Aragorns heart. Vaire is a dear friend of Arwen and a light minded person with an interesting attitude as well. I like to ask her if she attends to our plan. But if she does, I would be very gratious if you could do us a favour. Let me get her into your throne room and discuss this matter. Everything about the plan shall be revieled to you. And if you agree, we let suffer the King of Gondor unendurable pain." she smiled in the thought of his suffering.

Garland scratched his chin, his intrest was roused. "Bring the woman here and tell all there is to tell of this scheme, and of your ally in Harad. I am interested in what roll Moria has in this scheme."

Garland sat up on his throne, examining the elvish woman. "Welcome to my chambers, Vaire. I do not often reveal myself to newcommers. You have the trust of my friend Ilmare, and thus I give you the opportunity to earn mine. The things you hear in this room are not to be spoken of, nor is my presence here."

'Lord Garland' stepped quietly into his lord's chamber, signalling the guards to shut and bar the entrance behind him. "So, the Lady Vaire now meets the true lord of Khazad-Dum." He glanced to Ilmare, "And the lady of Enedwaith comes to share with us a plan to shadow Gondor with deception and mistrust... or so that is what I overheard." He walked past Vaire and bowed before Garland, then took a seat to the right of his throne. "Shall we begin?"

"To start with, plan is to steal some important documents from the Kings and Queens chamber. But not allone for the documents, but more to pretend a deep traitoury of Queen Arwen against the King and Gondor. Aim is to give him a lecture in humble as well as to weaken his realm from inside out. Once his heart is broken by the traitoury of his wife, his arm will be weakened and his allies fall apart. Since the queen can't be corrupted by any chance, for she loves her husband so dearly, only a trick can break the trust between them. Vaire here is a dearfriend of Arwen and agreed to act as Arwen. She is able to steal the documents, since she is highly trusted by King and Queen. The plan is, to change her face and make her look like the Queen. Aragorn shall find his wife on his way home from the pub, giving the mentioned documents to an Orc in the shadows of the street. We make sure he sees the creature and recognizes Arwen as well he will be able to see the seal of Gondor on the pages. Vaire will take off, so will the orc. Aragorn will go home to the citadel and find his wife. And when he asks her, she will not know what he is mentioning and they will argue and part from each other and remain shall a wounded King without his wife, lonely and suffering the pain of traitoury." Ilmare looked at Vaire. "Vaire is sized like Arwen. There is not many change necessary to make Aragorn believe she is Arwen. But nevertheless, just dressing and dying her hair will not make him believe that she is his wife. We need a spell and here comes your turn in this matter, my Lord. I like to aks you, are you interested to be part at this quest and change Vaires face and hair, so she looks like Arwen for a short while? Long changes are'nt required, just for a couple hours so the plan can go through. Are you interested?"

Garland thought for a moment before replying. "So the plan is to sow the seeds of distrust between Aragorn and his beloved Arwen. Indeed, a broken and untrusting heart could divert his attention away from the real mischief in the world. He may become so preoccupied seeking out a phantom alliance between some unseen evil and his wife that he becomes blind to the true menace. My only reservation is ....... Vaire. You see, she is as of now linked to Moria by attending council in my servant's stead. If she were to be caught, ....... it could bring the host of Gondor to my door." Garland paused and eyed Vaire. "Therefore we will see how dedicated you are to this plan. I can of course give you the likeness of Arwen. Of all her features infact, even her voice. I will conjure this enchantment upon you, but, there is a catch. From the time I put this enchantment upon you, you will have only a few hours to complete your task, after which time your disquise will fade away, leaving you looking as a frail old woman - which you will remain as untill I remove the spell completely. This will ensure that 'Vaire' will not be seen durring any of these events, thus leaving no trace to Moria-or any realm for that matter." Garland stood, "Is this agreeable to you?"
