Idrial shook her head in response to Vilik's statements, failing to remember that she'd earlier passed out because of her wound. "Let me come with you. I won't be a burden, I promise." She leaned forward, her eyes holding a glint of worry at being left behind alone. She hated this cursed place. "In the very least, I can be a distraction." She was grateful for the setting sun, for it brought with it slight relief from the heat of the day.

Aragorn stood proudly amid the yokolings and declared to Gurherdir that "glad am I of the chance to meet once more with the Lord of Werewolves, but soon thy rule will be ended. No more shalt thou be permitted to weave thy evil webs upon Middle-earth, ensnaring it in darkness. I have come today to end thy blackness."

Vilik would have protested her wanting to follow, but, by the look in her eye he knew he'd have a great deal of trouble convincing her otherwise. "Think you are up to it? Not hour ago you were to dazed to walk or even keep your feet beneath you." He gave a concerned look but offered her a hand to get to her feet. "Well, if you think you're up to it, lets go."

Saemon froze in his movement when he figured who was standing in front of him. Fortunately Gurherdir hadn't noticed his aproach. Saemons heart was beating hard in his chest and he looked anxious in every direction where to escape. He was much to close at the beast and could smell his furr.

Idrial smiled gratefully and let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you." She allowed him to help her to her feet. There was only a slight dizziness about her now, and it soon passed. Not that she was completely better, but the tightness of the wrap must have helped to keep her in her senses. "Ok," she finally said, "I'm ready."

Vilik nodded. "Ok then, stick close and we'll try and be in and out as quickly as possible." They headed back into the fortress and retraced the path Saemon had led them through in the begining, crawling along untill they came to a hole. Vilik peered down and sure enough there stood Thorongil... and infront of him the wolf. Turning to Idrial he whispered, "Get your dagger ready, I think you may need it." He quietly drew his own sword as he spoke to her.

Idrial stuck to Vilik's advice, following him closely as they made their way back through the dark corridors. When the reached a halting point and Vilik spoke of daggers, she withdrew one from her belt, a confused expression upon her face. "Why?" No doubt whatever it was would result in a major headache.

Vilik answered her quietly. "Well, Thorongil is down there.... guards.... that foul Wolf and....." His eyes scanned the room and there standing behind Gurherdir was Saemon. "Saemon! That fool is with the wolf after all! He led us into a trap!"

Idrial leaned back, seating herself upon the cold ground as she attempted to peer past him. Her eyes clouded with an indistinguishable emotion. The traitor! "Now what do we do?" She looked toward him, worry replacing her anger for a brief moment. Her grip tightened involuntarily on her dagger and she scooted backward a bit. This darkness was driving her crazy, but then, it did provide good cover.

Saemon heared Thorongils words and hoped Gurherdir would focus his attention to him and not turn around. Without long thoughts, Saemon grabbed the knife of Vilik and charged forward, seeking his luck rather in an attack than in a retread. In his mind he saw already the deadly jaw of the wolfe ripping of his flesh. With a desperate cry Saemon set all his strength into his charge and pushed his arm toward wolfies chest, with the aim to stab the knife from beneath the last rib bone up into the heart.

"Wait, now he attacks the wolf..." Vilik sat watching, wondering what Thorongil would do, and also wondering if Idrial was indeed right about the man's identity. He debated for a moment what they should do when Idrial asked, thinking to himself that they should have fled when they had the chance. He looked her in the eyes, "If that is Aragorn, is it really worth dying in a rank Harradrim dungeon trying to save him.... or kill him if that be the case."

Idrial leaned back slightly, supporting herself with her arms. Her brow was furrowed and she cast her gaze to the ground, her mind whirling with Vilik's words. Was she really insane enough to risk her life for those two she hardly even knew, both of whom had given her nothing but grief. Especially the elf. She thought of her family...what would each of them do. She could no longer remember. "I - I....no." Idrial grimaced and clenched her fists. "I don't know!"

"I thi..." The Harradrim's fist came from nowhere, smashing into the side of Vilik's head. In his suprise he turned to fight, only to have miscalculated his step. When he opened his eyes he was starring up at Thorongil.

Idrial nearly screamed as the Haradrim approached, but clamped a hand over her mouth to prevent it. Coming from behind, she scooped up her dagger and plunged it neatly into the back of the attacker. He fell to the ground, but not before Vilik disappeared from sight. Great...now she was alone. She leapt from their hiding place, knowing that they'd need her help now. Their presence was known. The maiden spotted Vilik a short distance away where he had landed near Aragorn. Hopefully he would regain his feet quick enough to defend himself.
Idrial ducked just in time to dodge the blow of an oncoming soldier...but she was not in time to evade the grasp of another. The soldier took her arm and yanked her harshly. Suddenly, the 'little girl cornered in the dark' was back. Fear was evident in her eyes and she lashed out attempting to get away. She saw his eyes through his helmet, then knowing full well his intent. "Let me go!" She cried out against him.

Vilik quickly scooted away from his position between Thorongil and the wolf, hopping to his feet. He grinned at Thorongil, "Funny to find you here." Out of the corner of his eye he saw the guard take hold of Idrial and he slammed the hilt of his sword against the Harradrim's head, cracking his skull. The guard fell to the ground like a sack of brick, releasing his grip as he dropped. Vilik smiled, "What took you so long?."
