Okay, we never had something like this, but I liked it on other boards when I was new and had the oportunity to say just: Hi, I am new, I want to role play, where can I start?
So please all new members, just post here and let us know what we can do for you! For all difficult questions and technical problems are our precious Admin Aaron and our glorious Captain Corey in charge and will help and guide ASAP. For lesser problems ask me or somebody of the other Realm Rulers. We are eager to help you in any matter.

Well, why not give it a shot and try how good you are? Maybe you arent suck, and even if, you may be challenged by our awsome players and become better.  So, what would you like to be? Good or evil? Realm Ruler or Sojourner? You have still all options, since no plot has started yet.  |

Cool! Settle down where ever you like. Easiest to get into a plot is to appear in one of the throne chambers and ask the realm ruler for a job. Exspecially in moment before we really started to plot.

Well, as it is that you first RPs will be with that realm ruler, pick a Realm Ruler. If you like to stay in Gondor for a while, go to Aarons one and only thread (in moment) and post there to King Envinatar. If you like to be elvish and live in Mithlond, come to me. But be aware that I am off for three weeks, beginning tomorrow. But if you like you can go to any Realm ruler who is set up. You don't need to be human in Gondor or elvish in Mithlond. Its just up to you, any tolkien race is fine.

Lol, Alcorad. I might give Mordor a shot, but I'd have to develop a canon-Mordor-like character.

^Indeed you are Khaldun And Jacky, I've been wondering if you were ever gonna do some RP'ing or just stand by and chat with us all the time. Give it a go, and Mordor would probably be intresting for you... Mark always has somthing going on. I'm probably gonna make a character soon to play as one of his minions myself. |

well I joined the site which was hacked, but left due to general business, and because it appeared my character was not allowed to do virtually anything, I'll post on the Maia spells board, but if it dosn't work, or isn't acceptable, I'll, I don't know, play it by ear, I suppose.

Dude, the whole thing with the other site is a can of worms and bad business. I'm not surprised you had a bad time over there - that wasn't me running it. At CoG v2.0 you are free to write your RP nearly in any way you like. Have a blast and some fun, it'll be good times!
