E'vesash nodded and pulled herself nigh to him as she wrapped her arms about his neck in an embrace. "It is finally finished." She whispered into his ear, loud enough only for him to hear. It was true...the moment they had both waited for for so long had finally arrived.

A smile crept across his face as Legolas heard E'vesash whisper to him. He laughed cheerfully at the remark, whispering back in reply, "Finished? And what have we finished? We're married, we're together now, but...what happens when there are more than just two of us?" Legolas laughed quietly again, waiting for a reply from Evy.

E'vesash listened to his words and leaned back to better view his face. She had not thought much of it...had not thought much about anything other than the fact they were to be married, if truth be known. "I was speaking of the anticipation of this moment...and that it is finally finished." She said simply, smiling at his laughter. She blushed slightly as she realized that the crowd was still watching them, but what else could she do?

Legolas laughed once more, lifting her up as he spun her around in his arm, setting her down gently and embracing her in a kiss. "Well then, my wife, let us not forget the duty at hand. We still have the banquet to enjoy after our marriage..."

E'vesash gasped in surprise as she was lifted from the ground and spun about in the air. Had he been any other, she would have gripped his shoulders tightly for fear of falling, but she knew Legolas would not drop her, so she relaxed somewhat - though she was still glad when he placed her back upon the ground. As she listened to Legolas speak she realized he was right, and nodded her head. She had nearly completely forgotten about the banquet. Surely the guests were hungry by now. She glanced toward Aragorn and Arwen before returning her attention to Legolas. "Then let us go eat."

"Indeed, Mrs. Legolas - m'lady!" Aragorn chuckled as he stepped from the dais and shook Legolas' hand. He glanced about and saw his own wife's bright eyes looking upon him, perhaps recalling a day of Midsummer not so long ago...
Arwen came to him and he kissed her tender ruby lips, and set her arm in his, and then he turned to Legolas.
"Come, Mr. E'vesash, lead us to the feast, that we may drink thy health and that of thy new bride!"

Arwen smiled at him took his arm with the one and Evys hand on her other side. "Congratulations for you both." she said and kissed Evy on her cheeks. He glance turned back to Aragorn and her eyes met his in love. Than she smiled again to Legolas and Evy, holding her own husband tight.

Legolas took Evy's hand, a smile blossoming on his face as he led her down the aisle to the praise of those gathered. All were pleased upon the occasion, but in Legolas' mind, none could be more happy than himself...
They made their way out of the pavilion, coming to the gardens of the city. Many tables were set up upon the green and there was a larger one erected for the guests of honor.
Legolas led Evy around the table, sitting beside her just as the minstrels began to play...

E'vesash was overjoyed at all aspects of the occasion. The weather was perfect, as was the decor and food. She glanced over toward Legolas as he sat down beside her. "Thank you," she said to Arwen, as the woman's words were so kindly spoken. Evy scooted her chair in a bit farther and rested her hands in her lap as she waited for someone else to do something first. "I could not have asked for a more perfect day." She said to Legolas as she looked up toward the sunny sky.

Legolas smiled, placing his hand on hers... "And I do believe I could not ask for a prettier or more intelligent bride..."

E'vesash laughed and glanced toward him. "Why, thank you." She said with a smile as she used her free hand to fiddle with the edge of the white table cloth. Her green eyes surveyed all there was to see and finally returned back to Legolas. "I know I could not ask for a more perfect and wonderful moment." She stated confidently.

A smile flashed across his face as Legolas whispered to her quietly, "Well, I am quite pleased to hear you say that. I have little or no experience in the management of such affairs as, "flower arrangements" and "dining style". I was very nervous when you left last night, especially considering I would not have been able to finish everything if you had not started. But, if you are pleased with it, I am confident that our marriage has taken a turn for the best..." He said the last phrase with a hint of sarcasim, as he laughed cheerfully.

E'vesash shook her head. "You see, I knew I shouldn't have left early last night. I left all that work for you to handle alone." She paused and grinned. "But you did pretty well, considering." A gentle breeze blew up through the gardens, causing the flowers and shrubs to wave ever so slightly as their scents were wafted about for others to smell.

Legolas shook his head apologetically, "No...that would have been the worse possible thing! You would have been so tired, I would fear that you would sleep through the day! The most unfortunate mishap last night was that I happened to ask for black roses instead of white, but luckily the gardener got the idea and corrected it himself..."

E'vesash placed a hand over her mouth to stifle either a laugh or a gasp, even she could not tell which. "Oh, how aweful that would have been!" She exclaimed. "I would not have known whether I were at a wedding or a funeral." Then she did laugh softly, placing one hand atop the table, then realizing it was bad manners and putting it back on her lap.
