The light of morning filtered through the windows of the many buildings and homes of Pelargir and through them was seen a glorious host of ships making dock in the fair city. Though the ships were obviously from the grand and joyous land of the North, their passengers were by no meens joyous. Their land had been taken in the absence of it's host and it now belonged to Lord Morsereg Dindaedel, Dark Lord of the North.
Berethor erected a large tent and sent a scout force to locate Noredred. The time was drawing near for the host of Arnor to prepare itself.

Aragorn High King of Gondor sent forth riders with palm branches and messages of gladsome greeting and of peace, declaring that the love for the King for his northern kindred was strong especially in this their time of great need, and an it please them, they might dwell at their ease within his walls. And to his cousin Doren he sent his favour, and bade him visit him oft.

Noredred came into view as he entered the camps of the Arnorian people. They were busy but quiet, sprawled across the shores. The peoples of Arnor were present in whole, saddened and deppressed. A dark cloud now hung over the cities of Pelargir and as Noredred approached the central camp in shame he found the one he was searching for.
Berethor approached quietly and bowed looking towards Noredred with sadness in his eyes accompanied by a new determination that came with the loss of his home. "The whole of Arnor's villagers are crowded onto these shores. Many reside in Lebinnin and Belfalas. Our camps stretch down the entire long shore. Lord Aragorn has commissioned a force that has supplied us with food and shelter. We are greatful to him for his kindness, but his acts towards Rivendell were not for the Elven City but against it."
Noredred was awe struck. He had heard of the Noble Murazor and also caught wind of some fell conspiracy plotted against him after he sent a large occupation force to Mithlond to aid the reconstruction of it's economy after the departure of most of it's inhabitants to Aman. "He has accepted the conspiracy theories then?"
Berethor nodded and recalled the hosts that they had seen assembled in Rivendell's valley. The armies of Angmar, Isengard, Enedwaith, and even Gondor had made an alliance to destroy lord Murazor's rule. Doren had often spoke of Murazor as being troubled but the people of the courts of Annuminas knew better than to think of him as a villain with fell intent. "Some sort of deception is taking place and though we have shelter here in Gondor we cannot stay. It is not safe here and we need to locate the Arnorian hosts."
"Arnor's host retreated from Khand after receiving news of the sacking of Annuminas. We sent our forces to occupy Rhun, just north of Khand. It had no true form of government and their people suffered a depression of sorts after the last war against Sauron took place. We recruited their warriors into our own host and maybe one day we may ride back to Arnor to reclaim our lands."
Berethor nodded. Receiving news from Arnor's army gave him new hope and knowing that for a time they could build their own homes made him even more joyous. "Then in four days after the camps of Arnor are alerted we shall go to Rhun. We will bring all of our own supplies and make camp on it's Western Borders. Perhaps if we receive aid from Rhun's current inhabitants, we may be able make a string of villages."
Noredred smiled and turned his horse calling back to Berethor. "Then hurry and get started. I will inform Lord Doren of your coming arrival but first I must locate the ale." Noredred's horse was spurred forward as he made his way to the supply tents.

Idrial allowed him to help her down onto the wooden planks of the dock. Her eyes scanned about quickly assessing their surroundings before turning back to Vilik. "Well," she said, "we'll definitely be needing food. I'm not the least bit prepared for a diet consisting completely of fish." A grin formed upon her lips at this statement, but it quickly disappeared. "Perhaps we could also find some extra garments. Other than that, I know not what we need." The maiden folded her arms, her eyes continually watching about them.

He laughed, "A diet of would have been just fine with me. Too bad somenoe tossed my dinner back to the sea...." When she spoke of new garments he realized he still wore the loose fitting clothes she'd found him on the boat. He tightened his belt as they walked to prevent his slacks from falling off. "I second the motion of finding new garments....., the fellow that owned that boat wasn't exactly my size." They continued on untill they came into one of the many market places, stopping first at one of the taylor's shops.

Idrial went through the shop, picking out a few changes of garments for herself. The prices in the place were reasonable, so she wasn't overly worried about spending too much. She glanced toward Vilik as she finished her browsing. "Can you think of anything else we might need?" She asked casually, unable to think of anything besides clothing and food.

Vilik pick out a few pairs of pants and a few new shirts as well as a large leather back pack. He paid the merchant for the items and put them in the pack. "Well, there is the matter of food of course." He started walking along and stopped at a vendor selling swords and daggers. He looked at Idrial, "If we're to continue on to Grod Nuru, we would do well to be well armed."

Idrial glanced toward him with a grin as he mentioned the bit about weapons. "I'm not exactly sure you want me to be well armed." She folded her arms, however, and began to look over what the vendor was offering. "I wouldn't know what to choose." She said to Vilik quietly, not wanting the salesman to overhear her and go into one of his long speeches about the history of every weapon in the store.

Vilik smirked, "Then allow me." He browsed the selection and found a pair of finely crafted elvish daggers. The blades were thin and light, about a foot and a half in length. The hilts and scabbards where decoratively jeweled and covered with gold. Vilik picked them up, giving a few mock slashes in the air before returning them to their sheaths. "These will do you just fine." He scanned the selection untill he came upon a sword of his liking; a long blade of folded steel commng down to a simple but functional hilt. It was quite similar to the one he already owned, but the length was greater. He paid for the three items, using up much of the remaining gold from his pouch. He handed Idrial her two new daggers then strapped the sword to his belt as they continued walking along. "I'm sure we can have someone at the dock stock the boat with food and water. Is there anything else you care to do here before we cast off again?"

Idrial took the blades and garments carefully into her arms, feeling rather ridiculous with such a load. "Well," she said, placing the pile back onto the shop counter - much to the shopkeeper's dismay, "we could find a place to eat. It would be good to have a hot meal." She placed one hand upon the pile and the other on her hip as she waited for Vilik's verdict.

Vilik took the her items from the counter and tucked them under his arm, "Why don't we carry these things back to the boat and get cleaned up a bit. I can have the boys at the dock load up the remaining supplies while we find a place to eat. Sound good?" He smiled and offered her his arm to escort her back to the boat.

Idrial smiled and gave a brief nod. "Sounds good." She slipped her hand into the crook of his arm, allowing him to lead the way back to the boat. Once they were aboard, she took the pile of clothes from Vilik's arm and went below deck to store them in their proper drawers. Once she had everything sorted out and in order, she quickly washed up and changed before reappearing above deck. "It's all set." She said to Vilik with a grin.

Vilik smiled as she reappeared. "My, my. Looking as lovely as ever." He gave her a peck on the check and disappeared below deck for a few minutes to wash up and change clothes. He returned topside with grin on his face and gave a bow to Idrial as he took her hand and kissed it. He mustered his most stately voice, "M'lady, won't you accompany dinner?"

Idrial laughed slightly at his bow and words, but curtseyed in return. "Ah yes, M'lord. I fine idea, indeed." She placed her hand once more in the crook of his arm as she glanced down toward the dock. "Would you kindly lead the way, sir?" She smiled, tucking a strand of blonde colored hair behind her ear.
