"Yes, my sword and spear shall be in the service of Rohan for a long time. What would you have me do as of this moment my queen?" he said, excited at being the captain of Rohan.

After a moment of silent, Anwyn pulled fourth a crudely written note warning of Mordor mustering its strength and a possible attack on Mirkwood "I have received this letter, I am not sure of its authenticity but I would like to ride to Mrkwood on my behalf and warn the elves of a potential strike against them, and if they will have it...Offer them Rohans alliance as well"

Days later an escourt of 20 rangers rode to Edoras at the front was Arathorn king of Arnor . It had been long since hs visited Rohan. He came seeking an alliance , well to renew alliances which had been broke since arnor had not long been remade stronger .

As the Gate gaurds open the gate the king and his company rode forth to the throne room contained in Meduseld . Once there he dismounted his horse and so did the rest of the rangers and he came to the door warden . " I request an audience with your king or queen or he or she who may be upon the throne at the present moement"

[Aidan]

Aidan heard voices outside but thought nothing of it. He read the letter with a slight frown. Mordor rekindles their strength in the south whilst Angmar musters their forces in the north. Mirkwood may be their target.he looked up after he was done reading. "My queen, this could easily be a trap. They could be trying to draw out Rohan's forces." he set the letter back down "but your idea is a good one, we will need all the alliances that we can get in these dark times."

[Anwyn]

"Agreed" she said with a sigh lowering her head, Such warnings as these concerned her deeply "I have not any dealings with the Elves before, but I have been told that they seek the same thing as we do...Peace. An alliance with them would be most helpful indeed." A weathered looking warden approached her and bowed, whispering something in a low tone "But for now, It appears that we have guests"

The Warden studied Arathon and titled his head slightly to take in the Rangers that had accomponied him, Turning his attention back he said in a husky voice "Aye, You seek the Lady Anwyn then...Wait here" his tone breaking no room for argument. Pulling open the doors slightly he disappeared into the great hall appearing moments later again "The lady Anwyn bids you welcome and asks that you join her in the Great Hall" The Warden began to open the door "But ye be warned that it is not tradtion to bring weapons into the hall if ye are here on terms of peace"

The doors were open and the men were lead into the hall of Edoras, On the walls hung many rich taperties. Hunting dogs slept by the hearth only lifting there heads to observe the guests lazily. Light footsteps were head as Anwyn dressed in a long green gown strode towards them "Guests of Arnor, Come in...come in. You are most welcome here. I have looked forward to your arrival since I first heard of your presence on the Plains of Rohan some days ago" She bowed low to them her long hair falling past her shoulders "Welcome to Edoras, I am Anwyn"

[Aidan]

Aidan bowed to his queen and to Arathorn. "Let me know if my presence is required" he left the Golden Halls back to his home.

[Arathorn Eluchil]

Arathorn bowed , and said " I am Arathorn of the north my lady . It is an honour to meet you " with that said his gaurds made there way out side so Arathorn could treat with Anwyn there weapons were strapped to there horses.

[Anwyn]

"The Pleasure is all mine Arathon of the North. Come, Let us speak by the fire" She motioned him to one side of a table and took a seat on the other "Now, Let us speak of the real reason you have ridden all this way to see me" she said a glint of mischief in her eyes.

[Arathorn Eluchil]

Arathron blushed slightly and at the womens look then said " I come seekign Alliance my lady . Long has it been since Arnor has stood now i have rebuilt it along with my fellow kinsmen . We sek allianvces if such dark times approch and we must take up armas to defend our lands. I feel the enemy is on the move but confusion is upon me my lady . From here i will go to Gondor to talk to the king and ask for his views on the matter"

[Anwyn]

"That is a very wise course of action that you pursue" Anwyn agreed inclining her head slightly "For I have been to seek an auidience with the King of Gondor and to reclaim the bonds taht once stood" Realizing that she was talking mindlessly she stopped and blushed "If an alliance with Rohan is what you seek, Then I shall accept such an offer in the name of peace between our two countries"

[Arathorn Eluchil]

"Thank you my lady" he said rubbing his hands next to the fire . He slowly turned back to the woman and said " Now i shall ride to Gondor my lady . you may come if you wish the choice is yours "

[Anwyn]

Anwyn thought for a moment, To have together the leaders of peaceful realms could be an excellent oppurturnity to speak of what each knew and what was to be done of the growing darkness, relizing that she had grown silent in thought she nodded to him "I shall ride to Gondor with you, Arathorn of the North"

[Arathorn Eluchil]

"Then we should leave now my lady if that is okay with you " he said

[Anwyn]

"Lead the way, and I shall follow" Anwyn said with a smiling standing and retrieving her long green travelling cloak "We should travel while there is still light. Many a foul thing has walked the night lately and it is not wise to linger"

[Arathorn Eluchil]

"Indeed you are right my lady , that is why we are leaving now " witht htat he made his way out of the grand hall to be greeted by his fellow rangers who had his horse ready and were all mounted.
