Idrial sat up, combing her hair back from her face and straightening it out with her fingers. She looked down at Vilik, who still did not seem to be fully awake, with a smile. "I'm sorry for waking you..." she said, frowning slightly. "You can keep sleeping for a while if you want. I can run down and scout out some food...I won't be able to sleep again now."

Vilik smiled and nodded, "Don't worry about it, I was awake anyhow." He would have insisted on going with her, but, the previous nights sleep on the chair had left him a bit fatigued still. He motioned to the table where he'd sat down his things, "There's money in that pouch, see if you can't do better than the stale bread and water they brought us yesterday."

Idrial nodded, pulling a few small coins from the pouch before disappearing through the doorway. She was gone for quite some time, finally returning with a tray in hand. She placed it down on the table with a clank, sinking down onto the edge of the bed as she looked toward him. "I managed to get some fruit...though where it came from in a place like this we'll never know. Though it is fresh." She paused. "And water."

Vilik watched her leave then forced himself to crawl out of bed. He washed himself and dressed. He had just finished when the door opened and Idrial walked in carrying the tray of fruit. He smiled as she sat down next to him, "It looks good, thank you." He gave her a quick appreciative peck on the cheek then browsed the tray, taking some colorfull fruit he'd never seen before and slicing a piece off with his knife. "Its great," he said as he chewed, offering her a slice. "Try it."

Idrial shook her head, holding up her hand briefly in protest. "No, thank you...I'm not that hungry." She looked down at the fruit before turning away. She scooted back on the bead, leaning against the headboard. "But you go ahead." After a few moments she got up and moved to the little wash bin. She splashed some of the cool water onto her face, wiping away the tear stains. It definitely felt refreshing. After brushing through her hair, she returned to her spot on the bed, glancing toward the window as the light began to shine through.

Vilik finished the fruit, washing it down with a glass of water as Idrial walk off to wash up. He smiled at her as she sat back down on the bed, "You're looking quite lovely this morning." He affectionaltely ran his hand across her knee before standing to open the curtains. The Haddrim sun pour into the room, causing him to squint a little. As his eyes adjusted he looked out over the harbor. The docks were pretty empty as the majority of the fishermen had set to sea before dawn to pull their nets. He turned back to Idrial, "Now would be a good time to show you that boat..."

"Why thank you." She said, blushing slightly at his compliment. Idrial shielded her eyes for a moment as they adjusted to the sudden inpouring of light. Then she pushed herself from the bed as he spoke of the boat. "Great." She said, smiling as she glanced toward the door. "You ready to head out?"

"I'm ready, unless you wished to stay longer that is." He smiled back and gathered his things as he walked to the door. He pulled it open and waited for her to walk out before letting the door swing shut behind them. He slipped his hand around her waist as they exited the inn and wallked towards the docks. When they arrived he pointed out the boat he had selected, "What do you think? A bit better than my last vessel" He laughed thinking about the leaky skiff they had arrived in.

Idrial followed his gesture out to the boat he had selected. "I would say it is much better." She looked up at him with a grin, clasping his hand and lacing her fingers with his. She laughed. "I hope it does not leak." The maiden leaned lightly against him, glancing up toward him. "So...you're the criminal...how do we get onto that thing?"

Vilik looked at her with a sly grin. "Getting in is the easy part." He hopped down into the boat, looking back up at her. "See...," He went below deck and hualed up the boats sails, glancing back up at Idrial, "Are you comming?" He asked her with a raised brow and a smile before quickly hoisting the sails and preparing the vessel to cast off. He muttered as he went through, checking over the lines to see that all was set properly, "The trick is getting out of the harbor before the fellow that owns this here boat realizes what we are doing."

Idrial grinned as he asked her if she was coming, and she quickly hopped aboard. "Yes, this is quite a nice boat...compared to your last one." She winked and settled herself on the wooden flooring, leaning against the rail. Unfortunately, she would not be much use on a boat...she wasn't a sailor after all. She watched as he got the boat ready to sail, noting that they were beginning to get further from the land...he must have cast off already. "Well, so far so good."

When they were clear of the other docked yachts Vilik drew the lines to the jib and mainsail tight. In an instant the flapping sails caught the wind causing the boat to suddenly lurch forward. He turned to Idrial and smiled as they picked up speed. "Come here," he said with a grin, motioning for her to join him at the helm.

Idrial arched a neatly shaped brow in curiousity as she pushed herself up from the floor. She walked up to meet him with a smile, feeling the soft breeze that blew across the water and powered the sails. "What?" She folded her arms, looking at him in slight confusion.

"You don't expect me to take the entire rap for this little venture if we are caught, do you?" He took her hands and placed them on the helm. He moved behind her, resting a hand on her shoulder. "My, my, Idrial, you're stealing a boat." A wide smile curled across his lips, "What has come over you...."

Idrial glanced back at him as he moved behind her, and laughed. "I could always tell them you forced me into this." She paused there for a few more moments before releasing the helm with a grin. "You'd better do it though...I have no idea what I am doing." She combed a hand through her hair as the wind blew a couple strands down into her face. She walked around a bit, noting the door that led below deck. "What's down there?" She asked him, motioning toward it.
