This great hall is a pillared place, its walls covered in ancient frescoes depicting the heroes of Gondor. Isildur and his brother Anarion are here, as are every king of Gondor to the time of Lord Aragorn, though of all of these unblenching Elendil is the chief. Many of the Ruling Stewards also enjoy a place upon these walls, and the pillars are graven in many forms: eagles, lions, and proud lords of downfallen Numenor. At the end of the hall is a White Tree graven from white marble, and beneath its boughs a great round table is set.
This is the Hall of Hearing and of Listening. In this hallowed place the Lords of Middle-Earth shall meet and discuss matters of import following the events in Rohan and Isengard. There are places prepared for every Lord and Lady concerned, and they are welcome to make their entrance as soon as may be.
The High King Aragorn entered the Hall ere any other, and with him came no guard, though at his side within swift reach of his able arm hung fair Anduril. He took a seat facing the White Tree, that he might gaze upon the likeness of Nimloth the fair and find solace amid the debate to come. His eyes closed and he lost himself to thought as he awaited the arrival of his fellow Rulers.

Ilmare had on their way met her host and sent them back to Enedwaith, except three thousand of her rider who followed the host of Gondor to the white city. They took camp on the pelennor, awaiting the orders of the Queen. Ilmare herself rode allone into the city and left her horse at the stables. She walked up the hill to the Citadel of Guard and went into the room where the council was supposed to take place. She bowed before the King and took seat.

Arwen aproached in the hall, glad to see her husband again after the days of parting from her. But she didn't meant to interrupt in anyway the Council and kept herself in the background on a seat, which was set there extra for her to be wittness.

Vaire came behind Arwen into the Council and knelt before the King. "My Lord, Lord Garland of Moria asked me to be his ambassador in Gondor and in this function I ask you if I may be wittness of this Council, too. I don't interfere, but if you agree, I would give word to Lord Garland afterwards about the discussed matter."

Lord Leafbow strode into the hall, having left his elvish guard on the fields, although they could be contacted quickly by a code of reflected lights from their Lord's golden blade.

Megloren strode into the halls and also took a seat. Her Warg Riders were camped on the outskirts of the feilds near the main gates.

"Welcome art thou, Lady Vaire, and to Lord Garland thou may report upon all our dealings here. Greetings also to thee, Megloren, and a warm welcome to my friend Ashuron. Gladdened is my heart that together we may take thought."

She smiled and nodded. "I am glad to be here... Though I must ask- what is it that we're are to do?"

"Well, without trying to sound rude, we're going to listen to your speech as you try to convince us that you're really not all that evil and we should turn around and kill the one's that allied with us to defeat you in the first place." Ash looked around the room. "Am I missing anything?"

"You're really making progress with the 'not being rude thing' arent you?" She shook her head. "First I need to know all of what I am being acused of."

"I'm only polite in combat. Politics and public relations arn't really my thing. Now, even though the council isn't officially started yet, and unless anyone else has anything to add, the list of accusations stands thus: 1) Murder of the King of Rohan, 2) Murder of my son Arken, though not necessarily your fault so I wouldn't be opposing you if it was the only thing you'd done, but it isn't, 3) possible corruption of Morsereg leading to his killing of the Silver Istari, 4) and leading a council of evil to threaten the free people of Middle-earth. You've been busy with this evil stuff."

"Not just murder the King of Rohan. Corrupt his mind, taking over his rulership and crown herself and than, mean and crafty kill him, if i may say so," added Ilmare quietly.

Glorfindel entered the room , he was sent from the Lady of Mirkwood and the lord of Rivendell, he didnt interupt the council, he would do what his lord wished of him , and that would be to find some sort of way of peace.
He looked at the King , and marveled inwonder at how he changed since the last time they met, and then the lady arwen in which he bowed to.

"I admit to the corruption of Eomund, yes. As you have said, I did not intentionally kill Arken. He entered that battle knowing the risks, and jumped into the blast I sent at Murazor. Murazor's arm was damaged, but I healed him, and we have made ammends. And this news about Morsereg is quite suprising. You all must understand- I cannot simply control anyone I want. It takes years of corruption, and after those years, I have full control over them. It works exactly like that. I cant control someone without having full control. Morsereg turned against me, I doubt highly that I would turn against myself. And if I am as strong as everyone believes me to be, then why would I need Morsereg to fight for me? I wouldnt, and I didnt. He is the killer of Albesteen. And of this council of evil, I was most definately not the head of operations. Just because it was held in Orthanc and I sent out the 'invitations' doesnt mean I made the plans of war. I do not, nor ever wanted Arnor. Morsereg did. That was the only reason the council held place. Because Morsereg was anxious to attack and take Arnor. He even said he wanted Annuminas."
