Arwen was brought into the houses of healing. The healer let her put into a bed and found that she was not only stabbed but also stranguled and they asked Vaire what happened. Vaire told them that Murazor Bauglir angry had left the citadel and as soon as the guardians were released he aproached back, strangled Arwen and stabbed her with a dagger. She, Vaire had screemed and tried to help Arwen, but he had used his power to push her away. The healer treated Arwens wound and asked Vaire to stay until her friend would have awakened. She nodded and sat besides Arwens bed until they left. Than she draw a little bottle out of her dress and gave it into Arwens mouth. She caughed on the liquid and nearly woke up, but than she lay still again as if she were deep asleep.
Days later she wasn't woken up either and the healer were concerned, that something more had happen to her than she thought in the beginning. They talked about to Vaire, that Arwen might remain in sleep until her body just died. Vaire cried aloud about her friend and said somebody should call the King.

(I was wondering where this thread was. At first I thought I was just blind, because someone always starts one... Guess I didn't miss it.)
Legolas was carried in and set down on a long bed. His arm was covered, except for a hole large enough for the hilt of a long dagger to protrude from the cloth. Throught the day the healers were seen bustling in and out of his room, and sometime near noon, they succeeded in finally extracting the final shard from the wound.
Lying with his head reclined, Legolas' breathing was short and unsteady as he tried to relax...

E'vesash made her way to the houses of healing as soon as word reached her ears of Legolas' injuries. It was a while before the healers finally even let her inside the room. When she finally was permitted entrance, she rushed to his side. "My love!" She cried softly, briefly touching his face and looking at his wounds. There was pain in her eyes that was interrupted for a moment by a nearby cry. It was for Arwen. What had happened now. "Well, fetch the King then!" She said to Vaire, slight irritation in her voice before she looked back to Legolas.

Legolas looked up, his eyes opening slowly, but he could feel her in his presence...and it was like a soothing water... He spoke, though his voice was soft and slow. "Evy...I suppose I won't be home tonight... Business seems to call me to work for some time...but worry not. Nothing serious could take hold of me...after all, I have you to take care of..."
A smile came across his face, though it was brought about only with great effort.

E'vesash looked down at him worriedly...though she knew not why, for the healers would certainly make him well soon. She was sure of that. But just realizing the fact that he was not invincible hurt her...she wished she could bear his pain for him. A tear rolled down her cheek as she reached for his hand, clasping it. "I'm sorry I can do nothing to greater ease your pain."

A faint smile reflected his feeling as he squeezed her hand gently. "No... I would never want you to have to bear the consequence for my mistakes..."
Legolas pulled back his hand, feeling a cold touch, he grasped it, lifting it upwards to the point where he could see it. The blade was sharpe beyond measure, and its jagged edges were a reminder of the cause of the pain.
"Perhaps it would have been better to stop at the two arrows..."

E'vesash closed her eyes and placed her hand over her mouth as she looked toward the blade. His words rung in her ears and she shook her head. "Legolas, please don't..." she whispered. Normally such things wouldn't have bothered her or caused her to become squeemish. But when it had happened to the one she loved, it made her stomach turn.

Legolas watched her for some time, throwing down the blade on the covers of the bed. He held her hand tightly, kissing it tenderly.
"I'm sorry... I can understand Evy... Let's not speak of it again..."

Arwen lay in the neighbour room and Vaire sat at her bed and looked distressed. The hours went by and the condition of the Queen went more and more worse. The healer came and were without conclusion. "Does the King come?" They asked, but Vaire had no answer yet from him and shoke her head. "It is going to an end with her, she is merely already passed away. If he doesn't come soon, I fear he will only find her grave." said one of the healers and sighed. And so they waited for the King or Arwens death and the hours went by.

E'vesash nodded and bit her lip, finally forcing a smile to come upon her features. "Thank you." She sighed and looked around before placing a hand lightly against the side of his face. "You would do well to rest, my love." She whispered softly, not wanting to disturb the others in the place.

{After the RP with Ash...}
Aragorn strode into the Houses of Healing after a long and tiring ride from the South, and was directed to the room where his beloved lay ill. He knelt at her side, and all who were in observe were pained to see the tears well in his eyes. He muttered with a soft voice in Elvish for some time, and was silent for long after. He rose, weeping, and was assured by the physicians that they had followed his instructions concerning the athelas, but that there was no change in her.
Aragorn breathed deeply and bade them depart, which they did anon; he turned to Vaire.
"Now, relate to me all that occured to Arwen in my absence. The tale has been told to me that 'twas a traitor from the North that did this terrible thing, and should this prove sooth my vengeance will be swift and deadly. Say on!"

Vaire looked him into the eyes and nodded. "It was after council, Bauglir came suddenly, asking for you and was very upset. He asked why Gondor betrayed him." she spoke the word very slow and carefully. "Arwen answered him and so did I . He was going to be aggressive and the guardians had almost to kill him, but Arwen comanded them hold and asked Bauglir to leave. He left and we were going to the private rooms, but suddenly he appeared in our back. I heared a struggling and when I turned around I saw him stabbing Arwen with a dagger. He vanished suddenly, like he uses to come, in an instant flash. And Arwen lay in her blood..." she started to cry and took Arwens hand.

Aragorn did not console here - he was too lost in his own grief. Pacing about the room in total silence for some few moments, he finally spoke, menacingly so that even Vaire started in surprise.
"May the curse of the widow – the curse of the brave – the curse of the fatherless, cleave to thy grave! And the words which I speak with my last dying breath, embitter the pangs and the tortures of death!"
He whirled about on Vaire, and in his eyes raged a storm of hatred.
"Thou shalt sit with her - I command it. I am not one to allow time to linger. There is naught that I may do for her now, it is to thy care and the Healers that I commit her. I go to commit the traitor Bauglir to Mandos! Now is he in sooth revealed to be the bastard child of his father that he is, and to join his snake of a sire shall he soon go!"
With that he stormed from the room, kissing Arwen farewell ere he left, and all they whom he passed leapt from his path with shock upon their brows. He clomb atop Roheryn and spurred away from the City, and soon he was lost to sight upon the plains.

Vaire saw him leaving and when she noticed that she was allone, she grinned icely. Here was the answer to her question. Even the King of Gondor wasn't to high in grace for vengence on his own, without proof only the word of a friend. She squeezed Arwens hand a little bit and said: "Your sleep ends soon, my friend. I promise. You wount have any pain."

All I shall need is time... Time to mend..."
