Valdrik smirked as the Lord of Lorien charged forth with his army rallying behind him. Rumor had it that the Elven Lord was a warrior of unmatched prowess and Valdrik yearned to engage the elf. He spurred his horse and let his cavalry to meet those of Lorien. As he neared Ashuron the lept from his steed and tackled Ash, taking them both to the ground. He stood and brushed away the dirt from his armor and faced the Elf Lord with a smile as he drew his sword. ((Hope you don't mind Ash, lets fight ))

The Warg Riders howled menacingly, moving into the elven fray and leaping up upon the backs of the steeds of Lorien and snatching their riders off by the neck only to be replaced by another that claimed the horse. Nashdrik, the insidious captain of the warg riding faction rode alongside one of Ahsuron's captains and smiled darkly as his cat-like eyes met the keen elven ones of the elf. He drew his scimitar and reared his Warg backwards coming up behind the captain. The beast lept forward and used its powerful claws to make a large gash in the creature thigh. The beast neighed in pain and pressed on harder as blood trickled down its legs and soaked the Earth. Nashdrik was ruthless in his hunt and jeered at the elf lord as his hideous beast bounded swiftly on the horses tail, moving with two others to flank him on both sides. "Come on, elfy!" he jeered. "Don't you want to play?"
As the Wargs were occupied with the Elven warriors, bounding up and leaping onto their riders as was custom and using the horses' fear to cause disorder in the ranks of the Elven warriors. The Wolves of Mordor were trained well and used to their fullest with cunning and swift for in the ancient days Sauron could take the form of a mighty wolf and the beasts were some of his most prized servants.
Battle roared on all fronts of the plain before Erebor and Fell Riders of Mordor made their grand entry to assult Ashuron's cavalry, fire spouting from the nostrils of the ghastly steeds. Some of them were terrible to behold, their faces skeletal and eyes a jewl of ruby, while others were monstrous beasts, towering in their stature and menacing to behold. These horses were wicked to the highest calibur and could inspire fear in the most steadfast heart. Their armor was of an insidious desighn, morgul spells etched upon their armor and pulsating some dark aura as they approached. Mordor was upon them.

((I didn't see his post, Garland and I'm not the only one not posting damage! Murazor and Lancir ignore all my attempts and attacks, so I ignore theirs...))
Korr's Mithril armour, however, covered his wings and body, only his legs and head were left uncovered. The feeble Fell Beasts made not a scratch on his thick hide from the back and abdomen attempts, however his rear leg managed to get gorred by a stray attack.
"To the skies!" Orre shouted, slamming his hammer into another Fell Beast with one hand, and gripping the reins tightly in the other. The Archers of Dale, highly skilled with a bow, shot a volley at the clumsy Fell Beast of Jaydis, flamming arrows a'lit from their ground positions.
Korr reached out with his claws at the unarmoured Eagle of Murazor and slashed at his wings with all he had. After this attack, he reared the Dragon up and up, out of the arial battle and through the clouds. The Dwarf murmered once more into the animal's (ear) and it swooped back down again, gashing wildly at Alcorad's Fell Beast.
Another volley of flamming arrows from the ground wizzed through the air, towards the two Fell Beasts again.
"To Ashuron!" Orre yelled to his men, in which the Dwarven Infantry responded; for they aided their Elven Allies with all of their power, leaping onto stray Wargs and taking mount.
Korr swept through the battlefeild, catching a failed cavalry charge of Wargs dead in their path from an Elven battalion.

As the korr caused a gash in the top of Murazors wing he made chase after it out matching the dragon for speed it managed to get just ahead and as he did he put his wings out and flew backwards(his wings causing him to slow ) . He managed to just about get part of his talon in the dragons eye rendering it one eye useless.

(I am not ignoring your hit to Jadyis but she is in full control of her account now so i shall let her reply. and dude, your infantry is way up by Erebor isnt it? So the battle in the back wouldnt be hindered by your infantry because you would have to work your way through a ravine infested with Easterlings and Arnoreans.)
Arrows streamed through the sky both at Alcorad's beasts but also near to Korr. "It would be wise to order your archers to stop this!" Alcorad shouted angrily. "It is foolishness and it shall only hurt you! My beasts are armored aswell if you are not so blind so I beleive we outnumber you with ramifications to match. Surrender Orre!"
Alcorad's beast was nimbled and moved about frantically, its thinner frame allowing it to dodge the assults of Orre's stubby arms rather effectively for the most part, being knocked away here and there by the might of his hammer, but Alcorad and his creature were relentless, moving in for another assult. The runes upon Alcorad's dark blade shined in the dark, illuminated the clouds with a strange aura. Around the airborn battle was a strange transparent wall, its image faltering here and there to reveal a rocken texture. The arrows fired were knocked back directly to their origin and made their way back to the original source. "There shall not be anymore interfering, Orre." Alcorad said with a wicked grin. "Your time is done."

Ashuron leaped to his feet and brandished both of his swords at Valdrik. Then he charged forward, hoping to end this man's life with one quick stab as he sent one blade and his arm hurtling at the man's head between his eyes and the other at the stomach, although held back slightly so that it could be swiftly changed to a defensive posture should the attack go wrong.
A small distance away, the Cavalry Captain (OOC: I really need to make some names for my captains) turned his horse quickly around and swung his halberd at Nashdrik. "I don't play with scum," he said simply, "I kill them." One cavalry elf sent an arrow straight up into the air, a signal for reinforcements. Soon the entire Lorien army would converge on this spot.

Jadyis was enjoying this all immensely, for she lived for the battle. Sensing the presence of the incoming volley of arrows, she tucked herself against the fell beasts neck as she pulled upon its reins sharply as it raised further into the sky out of the reach of the arrows that once there inertia had worn out, turned and fell back to the earth as a deadly rain. Though the few that had managed to touch the beast held very little force and were barely able to puncture its thick hide through the mithrile armor it wore "Fools" she snarled her eyes glowing and stroking the fell beasts neck fondly, rewarding it for such a manuaver.
Sheathing her sword, Jadyis grasped the creatures reins and lead it into a sharp downwards bank, diving downwards towards Orres dragon but breaking left at the very left moment, Jadyis howled with laughter of a malicious mirth for this had not meant to harm or main, merely a showing that she had great balence and agility and was demanding the same of her mount that while smaller than Orres dragon, but was very keen to her demands of it.

(No. Its in the middle somewhat. Seriously, you need to read these posts before running off at the mouth. And where did you get the power to return arrow-fire?))
Alas, this too was a miss. (And a gmod... The eye would be his end. I will post damage to him if you post your attempt). Yet, the razor-sharp talon of the Eagle caught Korr's lower neck, leaving a bloody gash. Korr roared with anguish, hissing through his tongue. He flew straight for the Eagle at top speed and released a powerful jet of orange flame when he reached the desired length from the bird.

The fact that Murazors speciality was fired helped him sustain little injury and the other factor that it was riaining badly virtually made the flame comming from the dragons mouth virtually useless, and was a waste of time .
then with great speed he lunge dhimself at the dragon aiming for the eys with its talons outstretched for the facial area where the eyes were on the face.

Valdrik met Ashurons right blade with the shield in his left hand and met the left blade with the sword in his right. He grinned at the elf, shaking his head. "And they said you were so mighty. I am disappointed." He spat in the elf's face, then quickly swung his shield back towards him, hoping the edge of it would catch Ash's face. He planted his feet, shield forward and sword ready to meet Ashurons next move.

((I need to go now, so please don't spam the battle for me. I don't like reading 5 pages of huge posts. XD. And Mur, er--- no. You're an Eagle now, not a Valar. Even so, you aren't immune to fire. This is what I am talking about... At least Mark and Jadyis don't say that are immune to all of my attacks. They're being fair. ))

Ashuron allowed the shield to bash into his face, so that he would be forced to the side. As he was, he stuck out a foot and sword to Valdrik's side, so his body moving across would catch onto the man's leg and pull him downward or else the sword would strike its target with the strength of the elf plus that of Valdrik himself. "And what manner of beast are you, what fights like a demon but appears like a small rat?" Ashuron said, seeking to enrage his opponent and catch him off guard.

(hmm so you get a scratch and i lose an eye and die? interesting. btw that barrier is one of my spells, Mortar Mirror)
Alcorad's beast reared back coming alongside Jadyis' own beast and then assisted Murazor in the arial assult. It was not so much Orre's prowess but the size of the dragon itself. The beasts dove downward to its back and with Theatana coming in from the side, the used their large talons to scratch at the strong hide, however strong it was it was only a hide and nothing compared to that of Smaug the Magnificent. (he had the strongest hide in Middle Earth and was the only dragon that was invulnerable to archer fire ect.)
As Enedwaith's cavalry joined the fray, the hosts of Mordor and Enedwaith flanked the Elven Cavalry and began to close in on their sides, hacking with their scimitars. The mighty cries of the wargs riders sounded into the air but the spider riders and spiderlings were mysteriously missing from the sector of the battle. Most ominous for Erebor.
Meanwhile the dwarves were already heavily weakend for they had been so bold as to treck through archer fire from various hosts, namely the infantry of Mordor which fired volley after volley of arrows from the wall formation made by the pike men. The second, third, and fourth rank of Catapults turned about this time in the opposite direction instead of towards the gate. Because these lines were so far from Erebor's gate they could not reach their targets and so would instead fire on the battle taking place at the rear. Flaming stone after flaming stone pelted the dwarven ranks and made way for a symphony of agonizing screams to urge the elven warriors on in their valiant attempt at victory. Trecking alongside enemy lines was foolish.
The Fell Cavalry of Mordor turned about and turned their mighty lances towards the dwarfes and held their sheilds aloft. With the sound of a great horn, they charged forward into the oncoming dwarven ranks before too many of them could come into the fray where Enedwaith and Mordor mercelessly battered at Ashuron's cavalry. His reinforcements were being led away from the host of Angmar. Everything was going according to plan.

Valdrik was caught by Ash's leg, causing him to trip and stumble. Valdrik went forward with the motion, not wanting his side to meet with the elf's blade. He ducked under Ash's arm and came up at his side, though his advatage of position was short lived as a wrag, it's master dead and flopping on it's back, slashed at him with a claw. He recieved a bitter cut on his arm and repaid the beast by slitting its throat. He brought his shield around quickly, fulling expcecting Ashuron to have taken the opportunity to try and end the fight. He had only caught parts of Ash's taunts, but laughed. "Really, insulting the Chief of the Barbarian hordes. You sir, have the wit of a troll."
With that he swung his bade swiftly in a diagonal slice (bottom to top) upwards across Ashuron's chest.

Ash stepped backwards, being grazed by Valdrik's sword and then caught the sword in an X shape made by his two swords which he quickly closed tighter as a pincer to get a firmer hold upon the sword. "The wit of a troll but the skill of your doom," he said and aimed a kick around the man's shield and hooked around sharply, not intending to strike Valdrik but rather, by throwing all of his weight into it, to pull his sword from his grasp or if it was a weak sword (which Ashuron greatly doubted as this was the Barbarian Chief) the sword would snap.
