Name: Alcorad
Age: Ageless
Appearance: Alcorad is a tall man, taller than many mortals, with crimson eyes and is gaunt and dark of hair. He often wears black armor with a tall horned helm as did many of the Dark Numenoreans in his service but even still, his was much more flamboyant and sinister in appearance so that soldiers on the battle feild would be granted moral by his presence and fear if they were his enemy.
Occupation: Dark Lord of Mordor
Relations: Maia- creation of Illuvitar. Considered by all rights to be the brother of Morsereg Dindaedel, the Black Istari.
Weapons: A sinister blade forged of shadows deep below the Earth's crust during the time after the War of Wrath when Alcorad fled with the Valaraukar into the core of creation. The blade is a sinister one capable of cutting lose the very barriers of the astral and physical plain.
Other Weapons: Special Ablities of the Maia
History:
Long had Alcorad roamed Middle Earth as a wanderer. A dark shadow on the wall that preyed upon its victims by bringing out fear and weakness in their hearts and then consuming their body and soul. Alcorad was an Annatar. A being of Aman born under the ever-present light of Illuvitar the creator. At the moment of Alcorad's creation he was given abilities meant to be nurtured by the greatest of the Valar, Melkor. Melkor's mind was not one to nurture but to corrupt and as Alcorad pledged his services to his master, he was deceived, given promises of power higher than any of the other Valar. He was told of a great alliance constructed out of those who were worthy to overthrow the Valar and take dominion over Arda, that land which was born of the music of the children of Illuvitar. As Melkor was chastised by all the Valar, he became jealous and full of greed wishing for nothing to do with his kin and only wishing for domination. It was when the Valar realized such ill feelings, that Melkor was no longer counted among them and he and all of his followers were pulled away to Arda to continue their work within the walls of Utunmo, Melkor's greatest of forts. There Melkor’s insidious designs were set forth across the land with Sauron at its forefront, Melkor’s most trusted lieutenant. However while Sauron made himself the face of Melkor’s darkness over the lands of Beleriand, Alcorad was the hidden shadow behind it all.
As the centuries passed into ages and Melkor’s war against Middle Earth began to fail, Alcorad began to fret that he too would be cast down from his blissful position at Melkor’s side and fall into obscurity. Nay. It would not be so.
(Hidden Content soon to be revealed and modified)
During the final moments of the War of Wrath, Sauron and Alcorad disappeared from the face of the Earth, unseen by mortal eyes but while the new age began and Sauron once again walked freely among the race of men, Alcorad concealed himself deep within the caverns of the world along Melkor’s most deadly beasts, the Valaraukar. Many made their home deep below the pits of fire below Orodruin and fuelled the insidious mountain with their malevolent acts yet even they could not bring the darkness forth to the world as Sauron had when he entered into the Land of Shadows on the plain of Numenor’s forgotten empire. Alcorad began to realize the true potential of Orodruin and immediately after Sauron’s second downfall at Dul Guldur, Alcorad ascended up to the world above only to find that Sauron’s dark servants had staked their claim over Mordor. Alcorad withdrew into nothingness, becoming only an animal in the darkness of the world that preyed on the souls of the beautiful and immortal, hoping to quench his thirst. Ages passed and Alcorad’s appetite only increased, his thirst for power no longer quenched by murdering the appealing. He wanted more than their living souls, he wanted to dominate them, body and mind. It was only after Sauron’s complete downfall during the destruction of the ring that he saw his opportune moment.

Name: Morsereg Dindaedel, known among Men as the Black Istari, among Dwarves as the Doomsman, and among Elves as Bragolamarth, the Sudden Doom.
Age: Ageless
Appearance: A gaunt man of Angmar, Morsereg is not fair but is of quite handsome appearance. With long silverish hair, and eyes blacker then the deepest depths of Moria, he is not one for the fair of heart to look upon. With deathly pale skin, and a skeletal frame, accompanied by hands with unnaturally long, bony fingers. Usu
Occupation: Dark Lord of Angmar, Doomsman of the Valar, Emissary of Mandos
Relations: Maia- creation of Illuvitar. Considered by all rights to be the brother of Alcorad, Ruler of Mordor, and is father of Cile Dindaedel, whose creation (whether it be biological or magickal) is known only by Morsereg.
Weapons: A Morning-Star Flail, in similar size to that of the Witch Kings, along with his staff and at times a sword inscribed with different runes, crafted by Aule himself on the orders of Mandos before Morsereg departed to Middle-Earth.
Other Weapons: Special Ablities of the Maia
History:
Sit here, and listen, childe, for the tale of Morsereg Dindaedel is a long one.
Now, before the dawn of time, when the Maia were created by Illuvitar, from his creation came the Istari Morsereg, whom was taken himself, and he alone, to be the direct servant of the Vala Mandos. Over time, he was taught the magicks of Life and Death his master so proudly ruled over, and he was pure, for he knew his purpose: to travel to Middle-Earth, and purge all evil from it with his Masters will.
But this was not to be. The Vala Morgoth, known originally as Melkor, stormed Valinor with the spider Ungoliant, and poisoned the world with blackness. This was when Morsereg turned to the dark, but he was to hide his intentions from Mandos for a time.
He departed at the time of the departing of the Blue Wizards, Alatar and Pollando. As he took up his staff and a physical form to depart from Valinor, he was cursed by Mandos, who finally was shown Morsereg's true intentions. "You are powerful, Morsereg, very powerful indeed. But know this, and despair. For no matter how powerful you will become, there shall always be one man to stand in your way, to destroy you. Throw him down, and another will rise in his place. Depart into Middle-Earth in turmoil, for you have no heart, foul snake, and you feel no pain. Wander the land forever, for the only thing that will take your life shall be your own blade, wretched creature. Leave me," Those were the last words from the Vala that Morsereg heard, before he departed. And as he left, the Valar wept.
And thus he left with the Maiar Alatar and Pollando. They traveled for a good while, but in time, Morsereg was to stray from his path. He made his way to Avathar, and stayed there until the end of the War of the Ring. During this time he befriended the spiders of Avathar, (Who were to become his chief ally in the usurping of Angmar) learning their language, and living among them. It is then that he began to enjoy the taste of flesh and blood, for frequently they would make runs to Mithlond, and take Elves for their meals.
It is then that he was given the name Bragolamarth, among the Elves. For he would suddenly swoop upon Mithlond and take whole families away. For this reason, most of the Elves of Middle-Earth, those who lived in Mithlond especially, have sworn a personal vendetta against Morsereg.
With the spiders, he made his way north to Angmar at the end of the War of the Ring. Here he found it colonized by Orcs and Wargs, with the Barrow-Wight Dwar, one who had been one of the Witch-Kings chiefs, in despair. With the Nazgul gone, there would be no ruler for Angmar, and thus it would crumble, and Arnor would be victorious afterall. With Dwar allied to him as well as the Spiders of Avathar, Morsereg usurped Angmar, bringing the Orcs together, and calling the Wild Men of Carn Dum out of hiding in the mountains. Using Necromancy he rose foul spirits, and thus began the dark age of Middle-Earth, once again, with the rising of the Black Istari.

Post by Raithen Anar on Dec 31, 2005 14:26:14 GMT
Name: Raithan Anar
Age: Born in the Years of the Trees in Aman, approx twenty two thousand.
Appearance: Six foot four, coin gold hair to his buttocks, molten gold eyes, without iris or pupil, looks rather like a Vanyar elf, with his height, broad shoulders, and slim hips.
History:
Born to Arien, the Maia who became the Sun, his father was Eonwe, the Herald of the Valar, although his parents were not ' a couple '.
From his father he learned every form of warrior art, but was suduced my Melkor, after his unchaining, when he went amongst the Noldor sewing discord, and departed himself, for Middle earth, before the destruction of the Two Trees, desiring to look upon it.
For a time, he served Morgoth in Angband, but was very much his own master, - believing Morgoth to be a coward, after it was clear he did not wish to meet Fingolfin in straight battle, even though he slew the Noldo King. He departed into the distant parts of the world, and did not take part in the war of Wrath, but he heard that Sauron had bowed to his father Eonwe, and how could he respect Sauron, knowing that? Living in the lands of men, and looking as he did, and with his skills, which he added to each day, after the war of the Ring, he set himself up as God-King of Harad, - the Son of the Sun. he saw in the great land much wealth and potential, if the bickering tribes could ever be truly ruled. After the Ring War , they were scattered, and beaten, and needed a leader, some-one to look to, to worship, now their dark God had deserted them. In a series of attacks and battles across Harad with only his own Household, Raithen marched into Pashaar, an ancient Satrapy, and killed the fat old Sultan at his Opal Throne. Of course, Harad being so huge, this is an ongoing challenge, to take tribe after tribe, and have them swear oath to him alone.
Raithen is a fiery as his mother, and as calculating,a and skilled as his father, but private, merciless, without pity , respecting only those he deems worthy of it.
Weapons, : Any and all, and unarmed combat.

Name: Orrë the Wise, The Craftsmen, Orre the Sage Age: Ageless Kin: The Peoples of Aule the Smith (The strongest emessary Aule ever created) However, he is overal a vassal of all of the Valar since all helped in his creation. Appearance: Orre wears a mold-green cape and stands a foot or two taller than the average Dwarf, but keeps the same relative build. While most Dwarves' bulk is due to a fair amount of body fat. But with Orre it isnt the case. His build is entirely muscle. Mithril armour lays underneith a layer of worn brown leather, and on top of that is a few plates of pure Mithril armour. He has a powerful face, age lines all over it. A thick red beard and mustrache cover the lower parts of his face. All of his materials was crafted directly by Aule the Smith himself. img.photobucket.com/albums/v322/Dracen/WorldOfWarcraft_Dwarf.jpgOccupation: King of the Dwarves, Emessary of Aule the Smith Weapons: Korâzë- The great War Hammer. Finely crafted by Aule the Smith himself, the hammer is encrusted with extremely valuable and rare jewels. It holds ancients magiks given by Aule, and the rest of the Valar, including Mandos and can only be weilded by Orre himself, otherwise it is too heavy and cannot be picked up by even the mightest of other Maiar or anyone else for that matter. It cannot be destroyed at all, by any spell or power. Other Weapons: Special Abilities of the Maia History: Orre was created. Not born. Right after the destruction of Cile Dindaedel, Aule found Cile's soul in the halls of Mandos awaiting his fate. The man's greif was incredible, and convinced Aule that Middle-Earth was in danger of evil outbreak. Aule took council with the other Valar, who agreed by majority, (naturally Mandos defended his doomsman.) Aule 'designed' Orre himself, and each of the Valar, even Mandos by somewhat force, gave their own small powers to this emessary. Though he was created recently, Vairë blessed him with all she knew, which was extremely vast for Vairë was the weaver of history for the World. Tulkas, strongest of the Valar in the ways of all types of fighting and war, placed upon him the skills that made him deadly in battle. And thus, Orre the Wise was created and placed on Middle-Earth. He claimed Cile's old realm of Erebor as his own, and helped bring peace and order back to the Dwarves. He is of good, of course, and is strongly opposed to Morsereg and his diciples. *I think this is fair because I remained true to the idea of the Maiar. I ment that each Valar gifted him their forte (specialty) creation. Such as Vare giving him knowledge. Not that they gave him powers such as they themselves posessed making him strong in the ways of sorcery.*

Made some changes from the traditional Ash (I'm always doing this sort of thing)
Name: Ashuron "Alagos" Leafbow Titles: (Self-proclaimed) Alagos ("The Storm"), The Feral Lord, Prince of Battle, Wolf of Lorien
Age: 1,542
Birthplace: Lothlorien Occupation: Lord of Lothlorien
Appearance: Tall, even for an elf, Ashuron's huge gold haired shadow upon the battle-field can mean little but the chaos of a storm of steel. His normal and battle outfit incluedes leather armor all around and mithril arm bands on each arm with which to block attacks. At both sides of his body sits a sheath to hold one of his mighty blades.
Personality: In a word, arrogant. As far as patriots go, there's no-one more willing to sacrifice himself for his forests. Ash's preferred method for ending a conflict involves the clash of steel on steel.
Weapons: Twin Golden Longswords (The Golden Jaws) and a variety of bows: long, short, medium; all skillfully crafted. His primary bow is a longbow with an eagle head carved at the top and bottom. In his quiver he carries a few perfectly crafted arrows fletched with the feathers of a powerful eagle he met on his travels which he saves to use on only the most dangerous targets. Also skilled in unnarmed combat.
Mount: Ashuron's eternal friend, Arken the gigantic white wolf. He's house-trained, but yet still retains that quality that allows him to rip off an orc head or two. The wolf I mean, not Ash.
History: Ashuron came into the world of Middle-earth as a solider of Lothlorien, and there is none better. However, one night he departed the forest of his birth leaving behind a note that he was going to study his swordsmanship in the wilds. For 25 years he wandered the lands, saving small villages from bandits, living in caves, and meeting the wolf who he named Arken, who sanctified their friendship by relieving himself on the traveling elf upon their first meeting. It appears that Ash's years of travel have turned him slightly insane, for he talks offen to Arken as if the wolf were intelligent, but in fact Arken is the clearest thinker that Ash knowns, for Arken's life is a one-track life of combat.
Whilst he wandered, Ashuron met a rogue eagle, one that had seperated from the hosts of Gwaihir the Windlord, who told Ashuron and Arken of the events of recent years, the War of the Ring which would soon approach its climax. Finally, Ashuron ventured back into civilization and found himself in the middle of the final battle of the War.
Following the War's conclusion, Ashuron, the mighty warrior returned, took the mantle of leadership from Lothlorien's former leaders as they set off across the sea. Now Ashuron faces the future, wondering how he can save the few elves remaining in the Age of Men as their power continues to diminish.

Aragorn II Elessar, The Elfstone, Heir of Isildur, Thorongil, Estel, Longshanks Strider Telcontar. 88 years of age. Human; Numenorian Dúnadan. On the throne sat a mail-clad man, a great sword was laid across his knees, but he wore no helm. He was clad in black mail girt with silver, and he wore a long mantle of pure white clasped at the throat with a great jewel of green that shone from afar; but his head was bare save for a star upon his forehead bound by a slender fillet of silver. As they drew near he rose; it seemed to them that he was revealed to them for the first time. Tall as the sea-kings of old, he stood above all that were near; ancient of days he seemed and yet in the flower of manhood; and wisdom sat upon his brow, and strength and healing were in his hands, and a light was about him. And then they knew him, so changed as he was, so high and glad of face, kingly, lord of Men, dark-haired with eyes of grey.Born 1 March, Third Age 2931. The Lord Aragorn, one of if not the primary character of The Lord of the Rings, who was the second of that name in the line of Dunedain of the North, was born upon the First Day of March in the year III 2873, and by the Line of Valandil was descended through many fathers from Isildur son of Elendil himself through thirty-nine generations. He was the son of the man Arathorn II, Chieftain of the Dunedain, and woman Gilraen. Early in his childhood, when his father was slain in the wild a'hunting Orcs, young Aragorn was taken into hiding by Elrond of Rivendell, at his mother's request; it was then that he was given the name of Estel (Sindarin= Hope), for it was foretold that it would be he who would bring hope to the Dunedain. For long years, his heritage was withheld from him, but when he was come of age, Elrond revealed to him all his history, and gave into his keeping the Shards of Narsil. At this time also, Aragorn came upon Arwen in the forests of Rivendell, and his fate was sealed, for he knew then that he loved her. Knowing that only through peril and through the salvation of Middle-Earth would he come into his own, Aragorn then took his proper name, and departed into the wild. In the year 2956, Aragorn met the wizard Gandalf, becoming his fast friend, and during the years until 2980, took great journeys far abroad in Middle-Earth. During this time he served both Thengel of Rohan and Ecthelion II of Gondor, in other name and guise. Already he was beginning to take upon himself the destruction of Sauron, for his endeavours oft weakened the Nameless One, as in the successful attack upon Umbar which he led for Ecthelion in 2980, under the name of Thorongil. Taking his ease from sojourning for a time he again met Arwen in the land of Lothlorien, and there they both plighted their troth until the ending of the world. When their love was brought to the attention of Arwen's father, Elrond, he grudingly agreed to their union, though as the bride-price for his daughter he declared that Aragorn must first attain the Kingship of both Gondor and Arnor, under the belief that, among Men, only a King would be worthy of Arwen 's hand. In the year III 3018, on September the thirtieth, Aragorn, then in his eighty-seventh year - though due to his Numenorean blood still hale and strong, was waiting in Bree for the arrival of Frodo Baggins from the Shire, having been informed of the journey by his comrade, Gandalf. Leading Frodo and his companions to Rivendell and to the safety of Elrond's house, Aragorn began what would eventually lead to the Return of Kingship to Gondor, and therefore Arnor: his involvement in the historical War of the Ring. The Shards of Narsil were reforged for him, and he gave the sword the name of Anduril, perhaps the greatest blade in history. He was appointed to be a member of the Fellowship of the Ring, and with Gandalf led the company south, and when the wizard tragically fell at the Bridge of Khazad-dum Aragorn took the leadership of the Fellowship, guiding them to Parth Galen, at which time the Fellowship broke and scattered this way and that. The tale of the great Ranger's involvement in the events of III 3019 is told elsewhere in greater detail, but Aragorn was one of chiefs in the defense at the Battle of Helm's Deep, and meeting with his kindred who journeyed south to join him in the battles to come he took the path foretold to him, and with Legolas and Gimli, and Halbarad of the Dunedain of the north and Elladan and Elrohir sons of Elrond, he led the Grey Company through the Haunted Pass, and so came even to the Stone of Erech, at which time he called the Army of the Dead to his service. With their aid he was able to take the Ships of the Corsairs of Umbar, and divert southern reinforcements of the Enemy from Minas Tirith. Sailing north swiftly as he might, he came to Minas Tirith in her hour of need, and there he unfurled the Standard of Arwen , and displayed for all to see the Signs of Elendil that no lord had borne for years beyond count. Leaping from the ships to the quays, he drew Anduril that flamed pale and fair, and led his company onto the Pelennor Fields, and there he united with Eomer of Rohan to complete the destruction of the asssailants of the City. On the counsel of Gandalf, the last remnants of the Host of the West were mustered, and at their head marched Aragorn, leading them to the Black Gate, that through their efforts the attention of Sauron might be diverted from his peril via the Ringbearer. Valiant stood Aragorn before all the marshalled host of Sauron, and excelled in feats of arms before the evil of the Morannon, but through the quiet bravery of the Shire evil was cast down that day, and peace returned to the world. In the ensuing days, the City of Minas Tirith hailed Aragorn as its lord; he was crowned King of the Reunited Kingdom of Gondor and Arnor, and took the name of Elessar, Envinyatar Telcontar. Upon the Day of Midsummer, III 3019, an entourage of Elven-folk came to Minas Tirith, and Elrond delivered to Aragorn the sceptre of Annuminas that he had held in keeping; into Aragorn's hand he placed that of his daughter, Arwen, and before all Middle-Earth they twain were wed, and the tale of their waiting was come to its fulfillment. As High King the Lord Elessar reigned for one hundred and twenty-two years (FA 120/III 3141), and finally in honour passed from this world in his two hundred and tenth year, followed by his bride in sorrow the subsequent year; she was aged two thousand, nine hundred and one. He was succeeded by his son, Eldarion Telcontar, and several daughters, the names of whom are not mentioned. The Line of Elendil did not die, and the Race of the Kings from over the Sea was continued. The life of Aragorn was one marked with nobility and humility, and he was called the greatest huntsman and traveller of this world. His reign was characterized with mercy and justice, and he was a quiet man, though among the greatest of the warriors in the entire history of Arda at need. Few like him were there ever in all the line of Elros Tar-Minyatur, and unto this day his greatness lives on in tales, for never again shall there be a King, a Woodman, a Councillor, a Warrior - a man - as Aragorn. ...and the sword of Elendil filled Orcs and Men with fear, for it shone with the light of the sun and of the moon, and it was named Narsil.Et E'llo Endorenna utúlien. Post by Valdrik on Jan 2, 2006 4:04:43 GMT
Name: Valdrik Hildiger Race: Dúnedain Age 31 Weapons: Valdrik carries with him two swords which he is highly skilled with in battle, though he is also skilled with battle axe and spear, and his abilities at hand to hand combat were honed early on as he battled with other barbarians as a child.
History
Valdrik was born in Arnor and was of Dunedain descent, though, he would never know his true parents or much of anything of is origins. Valdrik’s parents were killed by barbarian raiders when he was no more than a few months old. His life was spared by the wild men however and he was brought south to Tharbad, where he offered to the local chieftain whom had lost his own son to illness. He was taken in and it was his foster that named him. In his early years he learned the way of warfare, for the various nomadic tribes of Enedwaith were always at odds with one another, not to mention their conflicts with the Rohirrim and not to mention skirmishes with his own people in the north. He was destined to become chief of his small tribe as his father had had no other son, and besides, Valdrik held no ties to his former people. Valdrik was sixteen years of age when his father died, but instead of taking his place Valdrik left what had become his home and traveled. He was tired of the strife between the tribes and sought to escape the conflict. He traveled far throughout Middle Earth, and so long as he hid his ties to Enedwaith, people throughout the land accepted him well. He spent many years studying in Minas Tirith. He envied the Gondorians with their heritage, architecture, and arts, though he despised them for their feelings towards his people, whom they considered barbaric. He left Gondor when he was twenty six years old and returned to his homeland with great ambitions. He would unite the various tribes and build Enedwaith into a land that would be feared and respected. He knew the fierceness of the wild men and knew that they could rival even the armies of Minas Tirith given the proper leadership. He returned to his own tribe and there began his crusade. He rallied many tribes to his cause and within a year of his return the old ruined city of Tharbad had been expanded and began to thrive. This early success was not long lived as his newly found power was often tried by other tribal leaders, all wanting for themselves more power and more land. There were many battles throughout the next years, and Valdrik reputation as a fierce warrior, tactician and leader. And so through much toil, sweat and blood Valdrik untied the tribes and took seat as the Chieftain of all the tribes in his newly constructed fortress overlooking Lond Daer. With the end of Enedwaith’s internal conflicts Valdrik now sets his ambition upon expanding his empire and making Enedwaith’s might be felt throughout Middle Earth.

Weapon: A scythe, armored to the brim so that it can be used for both offense and defense.
Other Weapons: Basic assassin tools, such as caltrops, poisons, throwing stars, and tiny daggers, along with an acute knowledge of the body and its pressure points.
History:
Karasu Immolo is his name now. It had not always been. Iudicatus Cicatrix was his birthname. Iudicatus was born to a soldier in the Gondorian army and one of the maidens that aided the wounded in the Houses of Healing. He was a proud man for the first twenty four years of his life, serving in the Gondorian army as soon as he could.
So he fought, and things were well. One day, an assassin was sent after the steward Denethor. Iudicatus, loyal to his Lord, rushed to the throne room and intercepted the attack, taking the blow that had been meant for Denethor. This wound would eternally leave a mark as a scar along his neck. (Having been the son of a Healer, he knew how to manuever enough to dispose of the assassin but in close enough quarters so he didn't lose too much blood).
Of course, as was Denethor's attitude, he did nothing respectful for Iudicatus. He turned his back on the soldier who had just saved his life, telling him to stop bleeding in his halls and to get out of his sight. Iudicatus, faithful until the bitter end, obliged, but as he walked out of those halls, he made his way to the stables.
In moments he had killed the stableboy and taken a horse, riding off and away from fair Minas Tirith, holding forever a grudge against any who sit in the throne of Gondor. For many years, he hid in secrecy, honing his skills.
Now, with the War of the Ring having ended, and Denethor passing from this plane, Iudicatus has emerged again, now under the name Karasu Immolo. While in his hiding, he had heard whispers of a threat rising in the North, in the forsaken realm of Angmar. With little but these rumors to guide him, Karasu has set out to acquire a job of his own.

Ilmarë
Maia
as old as the Earth itself
Emissary of Varda, Lady of Isengard
Walks as a rathar tall woman(around 6'2) with long black hair and black eyes, usually seen wearing a white dress but also will wear a dark blue dress at times
Special powers of the Maia
Chief among the Maiar of Valinor whose names are remembered in the histories of the Elder Days are Ilmarë, the handmaid of Varda, and Eönwë, the banner-bearer and herald of Manwë.
As with all the other Maia, she was created before time begin and chose to serve Varda. She resides with Varda in her halls upon the summit of Taniquetil and can see far. Ilmarë saw the many things that happened and was moved by Melian's loss and Curumo's fall. She was angered by Annatar's relentlessness, but knew he was led astray by Morgoth.
Thus when the Fourth Age began, and she saw a new dark power rising, she asked Varda to go. Ilmarë was aware of the choices the Maia who had gone before into Arda had made and the results of those choices. She considered herself ready and thus Varda permitted her to go.

Cerridwen
Noldor
Age - about five thousand.
The second daughter of Orodreth , brother of Finrod, she was born after the War of Wrath, when Finrod was reborn in Aman. She wandered over the lands of the Blessed Realm , and learned all the tales of the Elder Days. Although the Valar deemed it wise that the Eldar live in Aman, and not Middle Earth, they did not keep them there by force. Despite her sister Finduilas' sad history, Cerridwen driven by curiosity and restlessness begged the Teleri of Alqualonde to act as mariners to her , and sail her on the Straight Road back to Middle Earth, and after many years, against their better judgement and her fathers wishes, they did so.
She arrived at the Havens, never having seen or known evil, only heard of it, but all her life she had trained in archery and could use knives, although had never taken a life. But she was equipped to travel in the wilds and look after herself against any normal threat. Bringing her horse, a Valinoran mare, she rode quietly from the Havens into the wilder lands of Middle Earth.

Born in Valinor during the Years of the Trees; Maglor was the only one of Fëanor's sons to survive the First Age, but his final fate is unknown1 Race: Elves Division: Noldor Family: House of Fëanor Meaning: From the Quenya Makalaurë, meaning 'cleaver of gold'
The second son of Fëanor, who inherited more of his mother Nerdanel's gentle spirit than any of his brothers. Maglor was famed as a poet and bard, but he took the Oath of Fëanor in Tirion and shared in the woes that came of it.
Maglor followed his father into exile, and saw him perish at the hands of the Balrogs. With the rest of his brothers, he dwelt to the east of Beleriand, and Maglor settled between the Little Gelion and Greater Gelion, the two rivers that came together to form the long Gelion itself. That region - which came to be known as Maglor's Gap - lacked hills or mountains, and so was the place on Beleriand's border that was most open to attack from the north.
Maglor guarded his Gap for four and a half centuries, but was eventually overcome in the Dagor Bragollach. The dragon Glaurung invaded Maglor's land and ruined it, so that he was forced to flee to the fortress of his brother Maedhros on the hill of Himring to the west. Sixteen years later, he marched out with Maedhros to the great battle that should have seen the revenge of the Elves on Morgoth, but was brought to ruin by the treachery of Uldor the Accursed. Maglor slew Uldor himself, but the field was lost; that was the battle afterwards called the Nirnaeth Arnoediad, the Unnumbered Tears.
All seven of Fëanor's sons survived the Nirnaeth. In the years leading up to that battle, one of the three Silmarils had been recovered from Morgoth's crown, and had come eventually to be held by Dior in Doriath. He would not surrender it to the brothers' claims, and so they assaulted Thingol's ancient kingdom. Celegorm, Caranthir and Curufin all fell in that futile battle. Now only four of Fëanor's sons survived; Maglor, the eldest son Maedhros, and the two youngest brothers Amrod and Amras. After some years had passed, these four came to learn that a Silmaril was held by Elwing at the Mouths of Sirion, and though they restrained themselves for some time, their Oath compelled them to take back the Jewel. So they assaulted their fellow Elves, and Elwing escaped with the Silmaril across the Sea to her husband Eärendil, and together they sailed into the West. That voyage would in time bring about the downfall of Morgoth.
After the destruction of Morgoth, the last two Silmarils were recovered from his Crown. By this time, only Maedhros and Maglor remained of Fëanor's sons, and Maglor came close to repenting the Oath. Wearily, he accompanied his brother in the theft of the Silmarils, but their evil deeds in recovering them meant that the holy Jewels burned their skin. Maedhros in despair leapt into a fiery fissure, and Maglor, the last of the Sons of Fëanor to survive, cast his Silmaril into the Sea. Legend says that he still wanders the shores of the World, singing laments for his despair and regret.
( Encyclopaedia of Arda )
After wandering long , beside many shores, Maglor has returned to the world of Arda.

Post by Ithilwen Tucagwathiel on Jan 29, 2006 16:07:25 GMT
Name: Ithilwen Tucagwathiel
Birthdate: 43 Coirë, 999TA (Corresponds to our March 15th)
Status: Servant of Angmar
Family: Glandur Calanon, deceased, father Lindethiel Melda, deceased, mother Countless brothers and sisters, deceased. Morsereg Dindaedel, adoptive father
History:
Ithilwen was of Elvish descent, born in Mithlond to two elder Elves who had seen the worst in Middle-Earth, was taken from her parents before she saw a full year. A year after her birth, in 1000TA, the Istari Alatar, Pollando, and Morsereg were sent together to Middle-Earth. Morsereg would not complete the journey for upwards of 3,000 years, as he strayed from the path and took up residence in Avathar. Here he would rest, for the time, eventually leaving to murder Elves and eat them to sustain himself. Yet this changed one time.
He made his way to Mithlond with a small party of spiders, coming upon the realm at nightfall. He infiltrated the walls, making his way house-by-house to kill Elves as they slumbered. As he came upon his final house for the night, he found Glandur and Lindethiel standing firm, swords in hand. They had seen him scale the walls, and were not about to lose their lives so easily. Drawing his own pale blade, Morsereg clashed with the two, disposing of them within minutes. As they fell, he heard the cry of an Elven baby, awakened by the noise. He took her into his arms, and saw within her eyes a darkness that could be spread...one does not leave witnessing their own parents murder without retaining some of the hatred that hung in the room, no matter how little of it they remember.
"You touch Ithilwen, and I'll have all of Mithlond after you..." Glandur spoke threateningly with his last breath before Morsereg drove his sword through his skull. The spiders made their rounds quickly and silently to gather the bodies, and Morsereg himself stole away, making back to Avathar with the bundle in his hands.
Of her real surname, he would not know, thus he named her himself. Ithilwen was a given, but from then on her surname was to be Tucagwathiel, which was Elvish for Shadow Drawing. In Avathar, she was trained for 3,000 years, while the Elves and Men battled Sauron for the last time.
She was led to believe that in a spur of betrayal, a party of men had slaughtered her family. Morsereg had once been a resident of Mithlond, taken in by the Elves in an act of kindness. He protected her from being killed, and took her with him on the run as he was hunted, leading to hatred from all races of Middle-Earth. Yet this was not the only cause of her evil, this foul deceit.
Morsereg spread the seed by showing her the dark ways of life, corrupting her slowly with his own magicks. Over time, she was a true servant of the dark, and was with Morsereg as he marched upon Angmar to take rulership. She was there, sacrificing some of her own blood, when Morsereg created Alucard. Now she has come back into the picture, ready to do as is needed...She has become partners with Karasu, assassin of Angmar, and now they ride to fulfill their dark lord's deeds.
Weapons: Two swords, dual wielded.
