Ok, due to recent events, I'll post a few guidelines here so things don't get so jumbled again 
1. Initial attacks have no time restriction, when you post, the attack is on.
However, if you attacking from somewhere like say, Harad for example, and you attack say, Enedwaith. Have somthing in your realm posting the mustering of your troops, OR, in your first post of battle explain how you got there. IE, Harad would most probably attack Enedwaith by Sea. For land bound realms, keep in mind your army would have to pass through other realms possibly. If this is so, make a post in that realm, that you are passing through, you dont even need to say where your going if you don't want to.
2. Reinforcements: If you are bringing more people into a battle or summoning allies, there will be time restrictions. So, post that you send for help, and then that person should post that they are on the way.
3. Rulerless realms are those without a Moderator. ALL other realms have a ruler and thus can be attacked.
4. Lets also be reasonable and don't spam a battle with to many posts before they other person has time to reply.
5. Keep OOC out of the battle. You can PM your problems to each other and try to work it out. If you can't, then see Aaron or me. Also, we can use this thread to post in for all your complaints or questions and concerns.
Aaron, feel free to add or subtract from any of what I've said. And everyone else, if you have suggestions, by all means post them here.
