After the siege of Helms deep 27 k Men return to Enedwaith, 3000 linger waiting for Ilmare before the gates of Minas Tirith. Total count still 45 k because no battle and no loss in Rohan.

Sorry got screwed up with my math, fixed it:
After upgrades and the Battle in Imladris the army count is 60 k minus losses (5 000). = 55 k
7 000 in Enedwaith
14 000 on their way from Imladris to Moria
13 000 remaining in Imladris
21 000 setting out for Moria
