Seated right next to Gurherdir's fortress which contains his throne room, is the Lord of Harad's private zoo. Amongst the animals within it are many assortments of desert vipers and birds, but two animals stand out amonst the rest. A mighty Desert Puma with an even worse temper named 'Larganoth' took several natives of the desert to even track, let alone catch. And then, the crowning jewel in the menagerie's crown, 'Sandril,' the matriarch and queen of all the Mumakil in Harad, the largest, most powerful, and most fearless of them all.
A large meeting room sits in a tower in the center of the zoo with large windows. From these windows can be seen the various cages around the tower where the animals are held, or the animal viewer may walk on the ground around the cages to view the animals.
