(uh...all this OOC and IC talk is confusing me... I need some explanations... If you're talking about Gimli forsaking the dwarves, I can't see that anywhere. I mean, it seems logical that they'd help lure Angmar away from the battle if they needed to.) Gimli watched Megloren ride up. "And a pleasant morning to you too my lady. As for lord Morsereg, who would ever imagine that pompous war-lord messing with the dwarves? But I assure you, it will take far more than a few slimy orcs to break into Erebor. We have left a strong garrison at home. And unless he has thrice are ammount there, they will hold out until we return, or help comes elsewhere. As for now, we march north!"Gimli divided his main force into two large bodies. of his 35,000, 15,000 would attack from the right, while the main body would come from the left, closing in on Angmar and either forcing them into open combat or holding out for a seige. Such was their manner as they made their way north towards Angmar.

Yeah, but what if Morsereg doesn't care about his realm? I mean, he still has Khand, and countless allies. I think Gimli would be more likely to stay with his allies at the Ered Luin and fight.))
The army of Angmar arrived, 30,000 strong, and began to aid Moria. The Olog-hai aided in beating on the gates, while the Ghastly portions of Morsereg's army stood in the front line against Isengard. Warg Riders patrolled the outer edge of the battle, killing those who came too close. Orcs readied for battle, but figured that as soon as the Spectres, Revenants, and Duskwraiths were struck, this war would be settled. There was no turning back for Isengard, now...They were going to collapse under the strength of Angmar.

(Well, I still think Gimli would try his best to draw them away, and if it didn't work he'd march in. After all, Carn Dum is right on the way to Ered Luin.)
The dwarves finally came into view of the black city. They were met by none on the field of battle and they began closing up their ranks, pulling into tight battle formations. They waited...and yet...nothing...
Gimli stroked his beard solemnly. "Where are you Morsereg you dog..."
Gimli turned to the dwarf generals. "Forin, take 17,000 dwarves west. The rest of the force will wait...here... We have come to far to abandon the seige, but you may take your force to Ered Luin and do what you can."
With that, 17,000 dwarves were marched west under the watch of the dwarves, towards the Blue Mountains...

The trolls were now making progress with the great gate, it was nearly off its hinges. Minos in the meantime prepared the dark dwarves and wrags to charge into the enemy. The dark dwarves readied their axes and went forth to meet the advancing army from Erebor while the wrags charged into Megloren's force, biting and clawing away while the riders fired arrows.

((Dont tell how someone else should RP, Morsereg. Thats why I said grow up. He isnt your character, so stop bothering him! And for the sake of the RP, I AM NOT NEAR ERED LUIN! Im camped near the Misty Mountains. And why are you attacking? Ered Luin is leaderless.))
"Lord Gimli, those in the Blue Mountains can care for themselves. Their gate is made of Mythril and they have plenty of forces to hold back until Rohan and Gondor get here. Let us ride for Carn Dum. We must destroy one of the many heads of this serpent before our chance is spent."

(I'M NOT TELLING HIM HOW TO RP, PERSAY, damn, you grow up Becky! I know he's not my character, I'm just saying that if you're playing a canon character, people would expect you to RP how that character would really act! It was just a suggestion, god. We're attacking cause our characters are power hungry evil people, lol. Thats the concept of being evil. Search and destroy. Divide and conquer.)

After days of continuous battering, the trolls of Moria were at last successfull in bringing down the dwarven gate. Minos ordered his dwarven troops into Ered Luin while the force of wrag riders camped just outside the gate, standing guard in the event Megloren or Gimli decided to return to the fight. Minos went forth with his dwarven troops through the caverns of the Blue Mountains, finding little resistance and no leadership among those troops that remained in Ered Luin.

Akhorahil smirked as he saw the retreat of Megloren, and rode through the battlefield, to Minos. "My lord...I believe our masters had some sort of agreement as to who would be ruling what? Do you know of what I speak?"
