Ceci's Rooms in the Citadel of Annuminas

[Alcorad]

Beautiful chambers in Annuminas, the rooms of Ceci overlook Nenunial in one of the largest towers of Annuminas' citadel.

[Alcorad]

The Maiden entered the rooms with Ceci's hand in her own and led her to her bed. "Would you like me to bring you anything?"

(Is doren supposed to adopt her?)

[morgan]

((I don't know. You can or like send her elsewhere or whatever. It's up to you.))

Ceci shook her head in a "No" gesture though she said nothing. She just held Tani, her doll, tight and close to her chest.

[Alcorad]

(I'd like a daughter but it's up to you. either way i'm fine. lol)

The maiden nodded and left her to herself. A few moments later footsteps were heard and Berethor and Doren were quietly conversing outside Ceci's room.

"So they're dead?"
"Yes. The Orcs manages to kill them before we repelled them from the camps."
"And why didn't you tell me?"
"I didn't think you'd need to know what with Arnor falling."
"What are we going to tell the girl?"

[morgan]

((Okies, that's fine. Mwah! I should play more little grls.lol))

Ceci heard the men outside and she opened the door looking up at the two men. "Tell who what?" She asked them curiously.

[Alcorad]

Doren led the girl back to her bed and sat down next to her. He sighed deeply before turning to her. He didn't know what he could say so he would just tell her. "Have you ever heard of the Halls of Mandos?"

[morgan]

Ceci looked at him with a perplexed look but then she remembered her father saying something about it before about her mother. "He's gone there with mommy hasn't he? He left me like momy did when I was born didn't he." She said, tears falling down her cheeks into her dolls hair.

[Alcorad]

"You're father has joined your mother in a happy place where all people go some time or another. They are being watched over by Mandos and shall forever dwell within his halls in eternal bliss. The Valar watch over you now."

[morgan]

Ceci didn't look at him or Berethor. "They don't love me anymore. They both left." She said crying.

[Alcorad]

Doren walked to the arched window and stared down towards Lake Nenunial where many were swimming or fishing. Life was so full of beauty and joy but sadness was an inevidable aspect. He turned back to Ceci and took her hand. "They didn't have a choice, Ceci. There are some things in this world that aren't fair or right. This is another part of life. Youre mother, I beleive was sick. And youre father was killed by a band of orcs. I did not lie to you. Their spirits are safe within Mandos' gaze and they watch over you still. Fate is something no one can change and even at the end of all things good will triumph. This is the truth."

Ceci didn't understand half of what he said, she was only seven and hadn't been old enough to go to school. All she knew was that her parents wer gone. Ceci wen't into a tantrum, her face down in the bed screaming and kicking at it. She didn't want them dead! Why'd thay have to go?!

[Alcorad]

Doren looked around nervously. He wasn't used to caring for children but he resolved his course of action quickly. "Your parents are always with you even though you may not know it. They watch over you even now."

Doren tried to console her and realized that something had remained a mystery to him the entire time. "What is youre name?"

[morgan]

Ceci looked to him. "Ceci." She said usung her already damp dress sleeve to dry her face. "And this is Tani." She said holding up her doll.

[Alcorad]

Doren smiled and nodded shaking Ceci's hand and then shaking her doll's hand. "It is a pleasure to meet your aquantences, Ceci and Tani."

[morgan]

"Who're you?" Ceci asked holding Tani looking up at him.
