Fox looked back to Vaire and laughed, "Upon occasion I cut them free, ... the unpleasant ones, however, sometimes manage to go overlooked." As the waitress arrived to the table Fox sat down his empty mug. "Another round, if you will" He implied for her to bring the everyone another ale.

Vaire smiled. "I don't say no to another ale. Nobody here tonight to sing? Thats disapointing. I love it when they start to dance and sing on the tables." She finished her meal and sat back to watch the people. "More Hobbits here since the old days. Seems things have changed after all."

Fox smirked. "Well, Vaire. If you want the hobbits to dance, give them an elvish tune to dance to. The little fellows never pass on an opportunity to get drunk and dance."

She laughed. "That is true, but tonight I am to tired to give them a tune. But why you don't? I bet you have some chants we never heared in this part of Middle Earth."

Fox grinned. "Very well then, I will give them a song." Fox downed the ale the waitress had just brought and then cleared his thoat. "Forgive me if my voice is a bit scratchy. I'm not a great singer." He then began to sing in elvish.

Vaire smirked and realized the sudden silence in the large room full of people. They all looked towards Fox and listened to his clear elvish voice. And when it ended they applaud and shouted for more. Now Vaire felt amused and started herself with a song:
Linno hi le, gwaith o Minas Anor dân arnad Gorthaur dungen na-vethed na-uir a Barad-dûr dhannen na-líth.
Linno a eglerio gwaith o Minas Tirith dân tirith lîn ú-nant pen theled a Morannon vreithannen a Aran lîn athrada han a e 'ellui.

Fox joined in on the song as Vaire sang. Soon a few halflings crowded aound the table and began dancing-mugs in hand of course. When the song was over, the Hobbits cheered and then continued dancing and singing their own merry songs. Fox once again motioned for the waitress and thanked her when she promptly brought him another ale. Fox then turned to Vaire and the ranger. "Quite a party we have going on in here now." As he spoke a drunken dancing Hobbit stumbled into the table, sending a few mugs flying. The fellow hoped right up though and continued dancing-hardly noticing the plate of food that was now a part of his garmet.

Vaire grinned. "Heya, its going to be really nice." she said and laughed at the clumpsy Hobbit and cheered for the dancing and singing.

Doren had remained quiet thus far, having been in awe from the moment he had seated himself next to this odd duo. "My, I never knew that elves could sing that well. I suppose that I really should visit Rivendell more often. That was quite a show."
A drunken hobbit began to step on his feat, pulling his cloak as a small child would pull their mother's dress when desiring something. He began to speak but then passed out on the wooden floor, spilling all contents of the drink he was holding in his hand.
"Such small bodies are not made to contain so much ale!" Doren laughed at his comment leaned back in his seat. He raised his own mug and happily swigged the sweet liquid down his throat.

Fox glanced at the ranger as he joked about the hobbit and laughed. "Yes, thier eyes are much bigger than their stomacs indeed, but not by much. I'm sorry, my ranger friend, I don't believe I caught your name."

Doren hesitated a moment, not liking to issue his name on such joyous events. When visiting Bree and The Shire for more his own well-being he tended to want to relax and forget the duties of being Lord of Arnor. He understood what position King Elessar might be in and Doren knew his place as a mere tender of the throne but he did attract the same sort of unwanted attention, king or not.
"My name is Ilius. What is yours, my friend?" Doren's prompt response was quite clever for he had merely given the name of a childhood friend he had known in Fornost. Hopefully the elf would not be able to detect his small lie.

"Nice to meet you Ilius," said Vaire and smiled, letting it to Fox to introduce them both to the ranger. She drove her attention back to the singing and laughing and cheered with them.

Fox gave the ranger a questioning look, figuring this to be an alias, as it was normal for rangers to give an alias. Fox always found it humorous how they so closely gaurded their identitiies. "Welll, Ilius, meet the elvish lady Vaire." He gestured towards her and then looked back at the ranger. "And my name is Foxfoot Lonebuck. But feel free to call me Fox."

Doren smiled happily, beleiving that his small lie had gone unnoticed. "Well met, Fox and Vaire. Not often do I visit these lands but when I do there is always a reason to be joyous. The world I beleive is in for happier times now that the stirrings around us have come to an end. I heard something of it when I was hunting in Eregion did you?"
(Thats right guys, Doren isn't being watchful anymore now that he thinks he's friends with everyone. LOL)

Fox shook his head. "No my friend. Nor do I know of these stirrings. By all means, fill me in. I rarely hear any real news of Middle Earth."
