After the passing of Arnor back to Doren's hands, led by Dwar, the Arnorian Host of Morsereg had thus moved, to inhabit the realm of Angmar with it's other devilish inhabitants. The evil that rested within Arnor has been lifted, while the power in the north grows considerably.
