Legolas turned to Aragorn as he entered, taking his seat with himself and Murazor.
"Aye Aragorn, both of us are here for what you perceive. And it would seem, we shall face off against one another. But there is another name on the roster yonder, one of which I have yet to remember, but it has a foul ring to it. Perhaps you have heard though. It has the name of, Gurherdir..."

Legolas nodded silently. He had a dark suspicion as to the nature of the new challenger, but it mattered not. As Murazor said, all would be revealed in time.

Murazor turned to the king , and said with most satifaction " So what brings you here Young King " it was amusing really , he looked no where near asd old as Aragorn but was , but had naught the wisdom he had or experience , ironuc really.

E'vesash had been out on a stroll of her own through the city streets, when the lights through the windows of the pub beckoned her inside. She kindly accepted such an invitation and walked through the door. Instantly the warmth hit her from the cozy fires and candles that lit the room. It was a cheery place indeed. It was then that she spotted a table containing the King Aragorn, Legolas, and another that she did not recognize. She approached the table slowly, pulling out the remaining seat and sitting down without interrupting their conversation. "Good evening." She said with a smile after Murazur had finished speaking.

Gurherdir entered the tavern, fresh from his meeting with Garland of Moria. He walked as a man, appeared as a man, and even wore a black cloak like a man, but in the mind he was the same wolf of Angband. Now under the illusion that he was a traveling peasant whose parents had named him 'Death Master" on account of not knowing elvish, he could infiltrate the trial of lords.

Legolas smiled at E'vesash as she sat down beside him.
"Evy! It's wonderful to see you here...I must confess I've been rather...anxious since I last saw you."

E'vesash laughed softly at his comment and relaxed a bit in her chair. "Well, I am glad to see that you haven't completely forgotten about me yet." She nodded a greeting to the Lord Aragorn and to the other that was seated at the table. "And hello, I'm E'vesash Tasolda." She said to both of them...for though she knew of Aragorn, they had never personally met. Her emerald gaze rose slightly as she noted another figure entering the pub. He was cloaked in black and seemed to carry an aura of suspicion with him. She surpressed a shudder as he passed by their table, but said nothing of the matter.

Gurherdir walked by the table and turned his golden eyes to look upon it. An itch began to grow on the High King's arm where the wolf's tooth had bitten down. Gurherdir was tempted to lash out right there and be done with King Aragorn for good, but everything must go by the plan, his last failure had taught him that. He quickly turned around and walked towards the bar.

Garland stolled into the pub, ordering a drink at the bar. He inquired of the barkeep about the trial of lords and after hearing an explanation from him Garland signed himself in as a contestant.

Though long had the High King dwelt in the pillared halls of comfort in Minas Tirith, never had he lost the sense of place in the world, and the awareness that had been his from his northern Dunedain heritage. Hairs upon the back of his neck stood on end at the entry of the beast, and, yea, even his arm itched. A moment still sat he, then whirled about, but naught might he see - too swift was Gurherdir.
"Aye, an evil ring hath that name withal," said he to Legolas and Murazor. "We shall see to whom it belongs presently, I deem. Why, good Elf, I come to this place for the ale. Quieting and calming after a day of work is it, and a fine place for a smoke beside. Shall you have none of my weed? I think good Legolas may be tempted, at least. Ah, my lady! I do not believe we have met. Aragorn I am called, and E'vesash indeed thou must be, for Legolas speaks of thee often, and seldom is there such beauty upon this earth, save that which sits beside me in my Citadel."
He stood up to welcome Lady E'vesash, and allowed her to slip past him to sit at the table beside Legolas, and then sat down again, offering his good friend a pull on his pipe.

Lord Leafbow entered the pub after the first trial of Lords round he won. "Drinks for everyone," he proclaimed and there was a loud agreement as the Elvish Lord found a table and sat at it.

Ilmare entered the inn. Her arm was in boundage, but she seemed in good shape again and walked to the bar. She smiled at the innkeeper and he told her, that Ashuron had proclaimed drinks for everyone. Ilmare took a whisky and grinned satisfied after the first hearty gulp.

An elvish woman walked into the inn and smiled when she saw that it was quite crowded. She sat herself close to the fireplace and took out her pipe. She knew, it looked kind of odd for somebody like her, but she grinned silently and made herself comfortable. The innkeeper came and she ordered an Ale and some bread and cheese. Than she lend back and watched the people surround her.

Arwen came in the room and watched out for her husband. She didn't see him, but she spyed the elvish woman at the fireplace, grinned wide and went to her. "Vaire!" she said happily. Vaire looked up from her pipe and raised to hug Arwen. "You are here! I thought you went with your family to the Grey Havens!" Vaire shoke her head and told Arwen briefly that she had decided to stay in Arnor and that she owned a house in the shire. Arwen huged her again. "These are good news, my dear friend. I am glad you are here. Come, let us find Aragorn!" And both women walked through the pub and found the King and Legolas. Arwen bend down to her husband, kissed him soft on his cheek and greeted Legolas with a smile. Than she laid one hand at Vaires arm and said: "May I introduce you? This is Vaire, an old friend from Lothlorien."
