Idrial attempted to slow her breathing as the tip of the sword tilted her chin upward. She hardly dared to swallow, lest the pirate deem it 'movement'. She glanced toward Thorongil and the elf out of the corner of her eye to see what they were doing. This was all her fault. But then, maybe not. The same thing might have happened had she remained in her hiding spot and not show her face. Which is what she should have done. Somehow, she didn't think her occupation of 'smiling' would get her out of this one. "Get your hand off me!" She spat at him.

Curtuss desided it was time for him to join in the battle, he swung over on a rope, drew his sword, and sliced into a man, it was the captian of the small merchant ship.

Marcus laughed, "Aye, spittin aint becomming a lady. Now, I'd let ye go, lass..." Marcus gestured towards the numerous scallywag pirates on the deck, "But I dinnae think me shipmates 'ell be sa ..... 'respectfull' of ya as I. I say, ye may do well ta be a bit nicer ta me else I jus let a boys do 'at 'ey please."

Idrial glared toward him. "You're sick." She stated as her eyes followed his gesture. Her eyes roamed the rest of the deck searching for the two she'd met earlier. Where had they gotten off to? Would they be no help to her? Probably not, one good deed from them was probably more than she should have expected. If only there was some way she could get out of this situation. T'was not a good one for a maiden such as herself. "Just let me go on the shore," she pleaded. "I'm worth nothing to you anymore...you've already overtaken the ship."

Curtus fought his way out of the battle over to marcus, and the woman he had, and said "Aye, whats this? you got a woman eh?" he then looked back at the fight, and waited for someone to try and get out of it and try save the girl.

Marcus frowned, "Aye, 'ere ye go again insultin me." He grabbed a rope and twisted her arms behind her back, tied her wrists together and proceeded to escort her onto the Leviathan. "I 'spect you'd just 'ave me leave ye aboard 'at ole boat 'ere...., an I might leave ya 'ere ta sink and drown if 'n ye keeps yappin away as such."
Marcus gripped the end of the rope he had the girl tied by and led her along with it. He came onto the Leviathan's deck and cut the lines of a small skiff. The little boat was empty, no sail or oars and it landed with a splash in the water between the two ships. Marcus yelled out to Curtus. "Aye, cap'n. I think ye ought make 'at squirrel honorary cap'n a 'is boat 'ere... an 'at other fellow he can be first mate, aye."

Idrial grimaced slightly as her arms were twisted behind her, but she made no complaint. She could not afford to. Her hair fell forward in her face, and she flicked her head in attempt to move it back and better see. She nearly stumbled as she was pulled along by Marcus. "I can walk on my own." She said through clenched teeth. "I am no dog."
Idrial glanced toward the captain, irritated by his words...hoping against all hope that the two men she knew would not be left at see in such a small boat. But no, she was not that worried, they would figure something out for themselves. It was her own welfare she was worried for.

Marcus now payed little attention to the girls constant complaints. Instead he saw to it that the crew made their way back onboard the Leviathan with what goods they could salvage from the battered merchant ship. When what could be had was loaded, and the captain back aboard, Leviathan pulled away from the merchant ship, leaving Aragorn, Ash, and several of its crew on the deck of the fast sinking ship. If they valued their lives they would swim for the skiff that Curtus and Marcus had so generously left them. Soon enough the merchan ship was little more than a dot on the horizon as the Leviathan sailed away. "Aye, 'ell not forget 'e likes a us!" Marcus looked back to the girl who seemed a bit saddened by the men being left behind. "Aye, lass, 'ey'll be alright. I'd say if 'ey aint dead from thirst or sharks in three four days 'ey'll be picked up..... maybe." He laughed and took a swig from his flask of rum.

Idrial watched as the other ship was left behind, and she turned toward Marcus. "You've got to stop it!" She nearly screamed, before realizing it would do her no good. She did not want to be stuck alone on a pirate ship. That was the least of her plans...but what could she do about it? Nothing for the moment. Though she would much rather have been left behind on the sinking ship to help the others. She turned toward the pirate. "Why are you keeping me here? I'm of no further value to you!"

Marcus laughed and took another swig of his rum. "Aye, I dinnae know why. I ought 'ave slit yer throat an had naught yer whinning to listen to." Marcus took the end of the length of rope he had be draging her by and tied it to the mast, giving her the freedom to roam about in a circle of about five feet. He then climbed the mast to the crows' nest above, leaving her and her yapping behind with the crew.

A look of defeat came over Idrial's features as she was tethered to the ship's mast. Now what was she to do? She saw the form of the other ship growing a bit smaller as the pirates pulled away. She leaned against the mast, watching those that moved around her. The maiden recieved a few lingering glances from passing crewmembers, but none made any further move so far. And that was the way she intended to keep it. Then she remembered the second dagger she had hidden in her boot.
Idrial slowly lowered herself to the ground, appearing to the others that she was simply weary of standing. Then she slipped the small weapon from her boot and passed it back to her hands. From there she began to work at the ropes. She could feel a few of the strands unwraveling and soon the whole rope broke loose. But she did not move. She did not want them to know she was free...yet.

Curtuss grabed a bottle of rum from one of men, and saw what marcus had done with the woman he had captured, he laughed as he drank some of the rum, then he walked over to the woman and said "What be yer name, woman?"

Idrial glanced up as she realized she was being spoken to. "My name?" She asked with a glare. "Why should I give it to you...you do nothing but mock me." She kicked out at his leg from her position upon the ground before turning her gaze from him and concentrating on the ship's railing.

From the crow's nest where Marcus had been watching with amussement as the girl cut her binds, he yelled down to Curtus. "Aye, din' think ye want te be standin se close ta that lass, cap'n, 'at be a sharp blade in 'at hand a 'er's." Marcus grinned, it didn't matter if the girl was free to roam the boat, there was after all nowhere for her to go. He grabbed a rope and swung down to the deck below, looking at the girl. "Aye, an ye may want te be keep'n 'at blade handy..... if 'n say one a these fellows gets an idea." Marcus then turned, watching as the small ship finally sank from view before he walked off and below deck to his quarters.
