On the southern coast of the Sea of Lhun lies Lord Garland's new stonghold in Mithlond. The wall surrounding the fortress has networks of corridors running through it with small slots every few yards for archers to shoot from without exposing themselves. The top of the wall is lined with catapults and balistas. Two strong watch towers guard the gate, with cauldrons of hot oil kept ready at their summit. Once inside the fortress you will find a military town: Barraks, stables, house of healing, tavern, storehouses, armories, black smith mess hall. Also inside the walls of this fortress you will find Lord Garland's castle. The fortress is open to the harbor, which consists of ten piers that can each dock ten ships. Two watch towers overlook the harbor, catapults at their top. On the opposite shore of the harbor lies the small town of Harlond.

Lord Garland was sitting in his chamber when he felt the presence of his master creep inside his head. He sat quietly with his eye closed and listened as his orders were given. When his master had finished Lord Garland stood up and gave the order to assemble 30,000 of the Elvish cavalry. They would ride swiftly to Enedwaith.
