The tower that stood on the peak of Celebdil above Khazad-dûm, where Gandalf defeated Durin's Bane.

In the tall tower on the peak of Celebdil a council was already in the making. A large round stone table sat at the peak of the tower with Alcorad at its head and seats stationed around it for those who had taken part in the assult and the most esteemed captains of each member's force.
The clouds around Celebdil shifted, for Alcorad Lord of Mordor had staked his claim over it and from Mount Doom a great veil of fumes was issued forth beyond the mountain walls to cover the three tall mountains of Moria in utter darkness and bring about the true capabilities of its inhabitants and allowing them to walk in the day and patrol their high walls. Alcorad's dark crimson gaze could survey all of Middle Earth from the Cloudy Head, the tallest mountain in the Misty Mountains and possibly all of Arda, second only to Taniquetil and the ancient Thangorodrim which had passed into decay deep below the sea after the defeat of Morgoth. It be so that the Mountains of Moria would be riddled with Morgul Spells and fell enchantments so that they too could rival Thangorodrim in their danger and ferocity.
Alcorad turned his gaze away from the wide landscape layed out before him and watched the staircase that lead up to the wind-swept open hall of Durin's tower. He was awaiting his brother. He was awaiting Valdrik. He was awaiting those of whom captained the armies of Enedwaith, Angmar, and Mordor. But most of all he waited for the apprehension of Cile Dindaedel whom above all else he wanted to control.

Morsereg walked into the council chamber, followed by Maugrim, Dwar, and Akhorahil (Whom was without his Warg). They slowly walked over to Alcorad, each nodding their head in turn. "We have taken Moria with no troubles. We shall finish the rat another day. I shall not be staying after this council, but Maugrim here will be commanding his division. If you have no problems with it, they will stay and rebuild the tunnels. Once they are rebuilt, Maugrim will report to you and depart with his division through the mountains and back to Angmar."

Khaldun entered the council chambers with his two assassins. "I believe you wanted me here, Alcorad"

Alcorad silently acknowledged the two that he had summoned, taking note of the two assassins whom he was curious as to their reason for being there. "Welcome Khaldun. Morsereg." he said with a slow nod. "I have called you all here today because Cile Dindaedel has escaped. He needs to be found immediately. What would you propose we do? Alone he is not dangerous but one so crafty could have taken up another home in another kingdom. He took with him many of the behemoths of his forces and could have easily overthrown a smaller region with fewer places to hide. If he has done so, then he could easily guise himself as a just king and start anew, recruiting the free people to himself."

Khaldun noticed Alcorad's slight discomfort of the assassins. With a nod he dismissed them to wait outside the chamber. "We need to find out exactly where he has set up his forces, perhaps your Nazgul can do that. After that we crush him before he can make any alliances."

"Nay. He cannot hide from his family. His name he can lie about. His appearance, he cannot. I shall make an appearance to the realms of the free. Let them know my image. They will mistake Cile for me. They will not accept an alliance." He smirked as he acnowledged Khaldun.
"We will sniff him out," Akhorahil began to speak. "He cannot hide from the Wargs of Angmar. We will search every nook and cranny of Arda from the northern icey bay of Forochel, to the southern desolation of Haradwaith."
"Nay," Maugrim spoke up, the great Spectral Warg shocking the Easterlings present at his ability to speak. "You cannot manuever easily in some places. Take the flat realms, the ones that have as least amount of hills as possible. The Dwarven Realms, along with Arnor, Mithlond, and Imladris, I shall bring my division of Wargs to scout out."
"How do their plans sound to you, brother?" Morsereg eyed Alcorad, smirking.

He laughed inwardly they basically repeated what I said. Whatever, let them think that they are the only intelligent ones. That will be their downfall one day he thought.

Valdrik entered the chamber along with Sophianna. He glanced around at the others already present, it seemed he had missed any and all fighting... if there had been any at all. "I assume our prey has escaped us, this is unfortunate, I was looking forward to crushing him."

(Khaldun I didnt say anything. ) Alcorad listened silently as the leaders gave their propositions, although they were very similar. He smirked as he realized that indeed some of those assembled took no notice of others and although Alcorad didnt like hearing the same thing over and over again, he found slight amusement at the angry glares being exchanged here and there. Seeds of distrust. Alcorad nodded as Valdrik entered and made a slight gesture of agreemet towards Khaldun and Morsereg for he too was thinking something along those lines. "Yes it would seem that we should send search parties throughout Middle Earth. I shall have Jadyis assist me in this once she returns from her slave runs and I myself shall take flight searching the perimeters of the East aswell. Although I shall grant my trust to each of you, any harboring of the enemy shall result in immediate extermination. Are we clear?" " Now what we must decide is to where each of us goes. Khaldun you and I are very near to each other so we should decide where to search on the Eastern side of the Misty Mountains. Morsereg and Valdrik should search the West. We cannot let Cile escape our notice for to long. In a fortnight he could have already recruited many allies and begun to spread tidings of war. We have to smoke him from his hole."

"Search west of the Misty Mountains it is then." Morsereg nodded, "Of course, we would never harbor the enemy. He is my son, yes, but lest we forget that he has made threats against me and I have forever been trying to replace him with someone more...obedient."
"Unless there are any other important matters to discuss, I think we have a prisoner of war on the loose. Let us take him," Dwar hissed, finally opening his ghastly mouth to speak. Maugrim and Akhorahil nodded silently, agreeing with the Barrow-Wight Lord.

"There is nothing to do but search high and low for the wretched scum. Do as you wish to find him but bring him before this very same council before the end as Morgoth was brought into the Ring of Doom. Let us inprison him in his home of old, deep within the pits of darkness to be knawed away by the nameless beasts deep in the chasm who's only purpouse is to hollow out to the world and live in their dark domain, deep below the Misty Mountains. Of old they were beasts of Morgoth, sent to inhabit the crags of the world so that the children of Illuvitar could not pass through the mountains. But alas in their unformed minds and childish simplicity they passed over the Misty Mountains and did not come into contact with the vile demons cursed to live blind beneath the world for all of eternity. So shall Cile's fate be. Now go. I have other things to tend to." Alcorad stood from his seat and walked around the table, dissapearing down the large stairwell into the heart of the mountains. "Find him."

(I was implying Morsereg and his crew) "Why not just slice off his head and be done with it, or cast him into Mount Doom maybe." Khaldun muttered as he left the council chambers.

Morsereg bowed to Alcorad slightly, "I am to depart. I wish to finish off the slime as soon as possible." He motioned for Maugrim, Dwar, and Akhorahil to follow him as he exited the tower in silence.

Valdrik nodded a farewell to each of the other rulers attending the council then turned to Sophia. "Mobilize our troops and have them fall back into Dunland, they will make camp there for now. In the meantime, send out three patrols of our fastest scouts to scour the countryside from Arnor to Anfalas." He turned and left the council then for Sophia would be more than capable of what tasks were left in the matter and could report back to him when it was done.
