The city of dark, in southern Rhun nigh onto the borders of Khand lies the metroplis of Faltor Din, city and temple of the Blood Lord. It was here that Alcorad would set his plan into action, and it was here that the second of the Oldoliri was held, the first being in the Tower of the Vale of Fell Beasts and the other being nestled deep within Barad-dur.
The city of Faltor Dinob was the home of an immense population of Easterling peoples. They were large and burly, the last remnants of those that held dear to Sauron's return, much as those who dwelt in the Yellow Mountains of Harad.
Among the tall ornate buildings, in the center of the city sorrounded by a circular reflection pool and a large stone bridge, was the Tower of Blood. This immense tower would be where Alcorad mustered all Men of Darkness to himself, from Haradwaith, from Khand, and the remnants from Rhun. Once they assembled in the city before the grand tower, he would reveal to them the Oldoliri and use the reflection pool around the temple to enhance its image, taking control of all the Eastern Nations of Darkness.
