I know that many of ye that are active members on CoG are also active members on other sites, and may even have one or more of your own. You're contributing members helping out this community, so I see no reason to give other CoG folks a chance to help out with yours. If you'd like, you can post a little bit about your website in this thread: no overlong posts or outrageously sized pics, but let us know what you've got going!

I am literally just ( now ) setting one up, no skins, nothing, as yet. It's going to be completely First Age , which is my favorite time - being a Silmarillion lover. It's a work in progress so far. thingolmelian.proboards31.com/index.cgiI have got friends from other sites who want to play ' lead roles ', and if no-one joins, they'll get them, but we thought we would wait a while, to see if any-one joined, multiple characters is no prob. There's no Morgoth or Sauron, having Admin play one of them seemed too obvious, and not as much fun, and not really fair. |

This site takes place during the colonial ages (around 1500-1770). The timeline is between the discovery of the new world by the spanish to right before the american revolution. Also Pirates of the Caribbean is included here. Create your character, become known throughout history. Build your army, fight battles, and throw down your enemies. Who will conquer the world? You may hold an entire empire in your hands; it is up to you to determine the future of it. Will you build colonies and forge alliances with the natives in the new world? Or will you contribute your resources to building a formidable army at home to take over your neighbors? Will you be a soldier fighting for causes unknown and exploring new territory? Will you be the captain of a battleship waging war upon the high seas? Or a bloodthirsty pirate seeking pillage and plunder sailing upon the Black Pearl? Will will you be a frontiersman living among the wilds of the New World? Or will you be a native, fighting with all your might to keep the foreigners out? Will you simply remain at your home city? It's for mature-minded, in depth, creative role-players ( as this site is ) The only thing we care about on it will be good writing/characters , excitement, drama, and not being afraid to delve into the deeps of the physche ( sp ) in any way, shape or form. It was going to be purely for fanfic writing, but that will be when I can be ar*sed to do endless copy-typing.
