Rána kicked to the surface, slightly hard to do in a gown and pettycoats. She coughed up water and pushed her wet matted hair from her face. She climbed back onto the shore, only to disappear and reappear on Feanor's ship again. This time standing safely on in the middle of the deck. "That was not very nice Feanor Curufinwe. I only desire passage to Harad."

Feanor had thought his ship free of her plagued existence, however soon she was back. His eyes narrowed into dark slits as he looked at her." I do not desire a stowaway, nor do I desire having you on board." He said threateningly." Now leave my ship." He boomed in anger his black hair whipping in the gusts of wind. He had never hurt a woman, never raised a hand to any, but she was pushing him to his limit. There was only so much the blazing soul of Feanor could take before he let that spirit of his take over.

"All I ask is that you take me to Harad," Rána said, she was upset now as she had done nothing to merit his anger. "I will do a favor for you whenever you need one, for this." It would take her months to get to Harad on her own, and she did not have the time to spare.

Feanor looked at her. His heart screamed no. She was the Spawn of the creature that had killed him so long ago. His heart begged him to scream, to throw her overboard once they were out to high seas. However she was Half Vala, a useful person to have in your debt." Fine, you may stay." The words came out with some reluctance and his heart burned red hot inside him." However, refrain from talking to me or any of the crew." He said walking away from her and climbing a ladder up to one of the cabins. He had to leave. He was bruning himself up inside the fire burning at full force, his eyes smoldering in hatred.

Rána stood on the deck, sulking as she watched the crew work. Her wet clothing was begining to bother her. She would leave Feanor alone, as she did not want to be thrown off again. However she regretted being indebted to him.

Feanor stood by the Noldor who was piloting the ship. He looked over at Feanor and chose his words carefully." My Lord, is it wise to have her on board?" He asked the Noldor Lord. Feanor only glanced over at him as the ship took on another wave. They were far away from the land by now. They had been sailing for some hours." She has been behaving so far." His voice was low and almost a growl. Feanor was obviously not happy about his newest passenger." She now is in my debt aswell. That will come to serve a purpose." Feanor said glancing over at the Noldor." When we arrive in Harad she will be out of our hair."

Rána approached Feanor and the elf piloting the ship. "Is there somewhere I can go that will be out of the way, rather than standing on deck?" she asked, wringing the water out of the sleeves of her gown as she spoke.

Feanor had fought back the urge to throw her from the ship then and there. He turned slowly and let his dark eyes fall on her. Then without uttering a word his arm shot out pointing to the crows nest. He didn't care if she was a bad look out or not. Up there he wouldn't see her, so she wouldn't agrivate him as much. Then without speaking to her, he turned back to the open seas. Picturing Maglor. Soon. Soon he would reunite with his Son.

Rána frowned, grumbling to herself as she climbed the rope ladder to the crows nest. It was windy when she got up there, but were she not impervious to the colod the wind would have cut through her wet clothing like a knife. She sat down leaning against the mast, she would be glad when they reached Harad.

Feanor let Rána stay up in the crows nest. They were doing well. The glaes where on the ships heels pushing it faster and faster, the crew working in perfect order keeping everything running smoothly. However after the sun fell and night took control of the skies Feanor let the crew relax. Most went below deck to eat. Feanor however grabbed a blanket and climbed the rope quickly. His armor not even phasing the powerful Noldor as he found himself standing in the crows nest after a surpisingly quick climb. He looked down at her and tossed the blanket onto her. He knew she couldn't feel the cold, but it was still a simple gesture. His eyes still shone with the eternal hatred for her and the blood coursing through her veins. He then finally spoke." After the crew eats I'll bring you what's." Feanor said to her.

"Thank you," Rána said wrapping the blanket around her. Though she was not cold, her clothes were still damp from the wind and sea air. The night was peaceful and calm, Rána looked up at the stars. "Do you still wish to reclaim the Silmarils?"

Feanor had turned to climb back down when she asked her simple question. It however shook him. He turned to look at her, his eyes murderous and burning with furry. His soul flaring inside him." Those accursed jewels." He snapped at her." Are nothing to me any longer. I lost all my sons because of them. Maglor was broken because of the them." He said now visibly furious. His hands were balled into fists under his gauntlets, the knuckles going white." I hope no one ever recovers them, Spawn of Melkor." He spat in fury before taking the rope and climbing down. He no longer desired to visit her, she would go without food for sometime.

Rána could go with out food, she did not really need it. She had not asked about the Silmarilsto upset him, only out of curiosity. She had thought he would go after the jewels. After all at one point he had cared more about them than anything in the world. "I am sorry Lord Feanor," she called down after him, doubting he would listen to or believe her.

As night had fallen a mist had began to move from the coast, it had come know of Feanor`s return and was curious of these turn of events. It or he had once served the sons of Feanor in Aman and in middle earth until his betrayal, he had turned to serve the dark lord yet was slain in the battle of the last alliance. Now he came to meet his former lord not knowing how he would react to his horrific curse and transformation so it would be interesting. The greenish mist floated upon the water, amongst it gloomed two white pearls, the very white eyes of Rûdhon.
The mst finally boarded the ship, it wrapped around the mast and the white pearls examined the two and indeed now Rûdhon knew that his spies had been right. The very presence of Rûdhon brought coldness and the feeling of despair from beyond the grave, not that they could not be intimitated yet they would now know that there was another prensence onboard the ship.

Rána stood sensing another presence on board, "Show yourself spirit!" she commanded seeing the swirling mist. She was not afraid, there was very little in this world that could frighten her. She would not alert the crew until she was sure what they would face.
