And I have a question for ye as well-
Do the noobs have to start with 30,000? It makes them weaker and more vulnerable to the veterans, if so. Shouldn't they continue with what the counts should be so it is fair? or is it like that already?

Not a lot... Just the extensive battle of Erebor. When you join in, you don't need to read all of the pages, just the past few posts from each person(=not a lot)
And the army count for Mithlond will be 40,000

Well, it makes things more complicated, but I believe the way we've always done it is that when a noob gets a realm, it starts out with 30k, since that's how everyone else started out. Not quite fair to give someone who just started the full count that everyone else worked for and earned ... that's at least my take on it. No offense to noobs, of course. ;D
