Gurherdir pulled back the cloth, showing his face (the human one). "I am Gurherdir, servant of Morgoth and Lord of Harad. This is but one form, my true form is that of a mighty wolf, the wolf whose fault it is that most of the guard of Minas Tirith was killed single-handed. Now I have a question for you. How easy would it be for you to disguise yourself as the Queen of Gondor? A new idea has just sprung to my mind to sew dissent among the people of that wretched realm."

Ilmare grinned, than laughed. "Oh well," she had problems to calm down and bit herself heavy on to the lips. "You know how much they are in love, do you? And you know what it means to take her place at his side?" She bursted out and shaked her head. "Good Idea, but I don't really know if I want Aragorn in my bed. Well, at least not during pretending to be his wife." She tried to get herself under control again. "I think I must pass, my Lord." she giggled. "I am deeply, deeply sorry." She bit herself that badly on the lips to stop laughing, that it started to bleed.

"You assume too much. My plan is not to have you replace the Queen, but appear as the Queen. Then in a carefully staged act, you would pretend to hand over some important document of Gondor's security to me, what exactly I'm not sure yet. Then, an ally of mine whose name I'm not going to reveal right now, would go to the King and say he had a troubling dream and hoped it wasn't true. Then he would show the King the act of 'treason' in the palantir and then Chaos ensues."

Ilmare stoped laughing but grinned. Blood run down from her lip and she whiped it thoughtless away. "That sounds interesting, indeed. Tell me more. How do I get her shape? And how do we prevent that she and I am aproach accidently at the same place and time? And more important, how do I get into Minas Tirith and the Citadel in her shape unseen? The guardian will get pretty confused if I appear where Arwen isn't supposed to be. And how do I get the keys? I mean, Aragorn wount have important documents unlocked in the archive. They are supposed to be in at a special place in the citadel, maybe even in his privat chambers."

"Getting into the citadel will be the easy part. I have among my soliders a group of performers from Harad, practicers of traditional smoke and mirrors sorcery and such. You can disguise yourself as one of them going to perform for the King and Queen. During the performance, slip away into the King's private chambers. Search around for the documents and steal one of the Queen's set of clothes, I dare say she has many. Make sure to return everything the way it was. I will have some of my men position a horse at the back of the citadel. Take the horse and ride to the nearest port city. I have ships in every coastal port. If they ask you why you are on the ship, tell them, 'The Great Shadow calls me,' and they will know to bring you to me. Once here, you can dress up as the Queen of Gondor, arrange your hair to match her's and other such things. Then you can present me with the documents. Following that, my un-named ally will go to the citadel and report on his disturbing 'dream.' He will tell Aragorn to look into his palantir to make sure it isn't true, and he will she you, dressed as Arwen, giving the documents of Gondor to me. The royal house of Gondor will be thrown into Chaos and then I can slip into the city. If all works well, Aragorn will beg me to kill him, a request which I will most certainly grant. Otherwise, I will hope that he will be emotionly shaken enough that killing him will be no problem this time. That is my plan as it is thus far, unless you have an idea to add."

Ilmares eyes twinkled. "I think I know something even better. I don't know if you knows, but Moria is allied to me. They have a new ambassador in Gondor, Vaire. She is highly recommended and nobody expects anything bad, and she is Arwens friend since her days in Lothlorien. Most likely Arwen gives her a dress freely if she expresses how much she loves it. And even if not, nobody will expect any bad if she comes and goes into the private chambers. She can give me the garment and even the documents you need. You may think its a risk to take in somebody lesser, but I ensure you, it is much safer this way as if I try to play a burglar."

"Indeed that is the better plan. Even if someone were to find out about the plan, I doubt that Arwen would believe that her good friend would betray them. Any document will work such as orders for the placement of troops, or records of repairs for the walls, anything. This plan is less complex and easier to pull off."

Ilmare smirked. "Yes, I like that plan," she said and laughed. "When do we start? Vaire probably heads back to Moria to tell Lord Garland about what she learned in Gondor. I need to go there too for some reasons and can meet her easily without being noticed by some gondorian citizen. We could start as soon as she goes back to the white city. I myself are not concidered to be a direct foe and can still come and go to Minas Tirith, pretending to watch the trials."

"Get the items as soon as possible, but we can't start anything further till I have had a chance to make a visit and talk to someone. Unless you have anything else to add, I bid you farewell. You are welcome here at any time."

She bend her head. "I will prepare everything. Give me a message when you are ready to receive the items. I'll take my leave now. Good day, my Lord." Ilmare turned and walked out of the throne room with a bright grin on her face.

"Minos of Moria, now we come back to you after these other events. What can I do for you?" Gurherdir asked.

Another bird messenger brought a letter from Ilmare.
"My Lord, all is prepared for our plan. The bait is awaiting your message to proceed. Please inform her when you are ready. She dwells in Minas Tirith again.
Best wishes Ilmare

"Yoko, come out," Gurherdir said to the shadows of the room. "I'm sending you on a mission. The details are on this piece of paper." The lord of Harad stretched out his hand in which a piece of paper was grasped."

*This is a week or so after the battle of Mithlond*
Minos approached the throne of Haradwaith after having been summoned from his waiting. "I come with news from my master, the lord of Khazad-Dum. Garland has a proposition for you."
