Grashnik stumbled through the city, still wearing the armour he had adorned at Angrenost. He was tired of waiting and he wanted the blood right now. The strange fact of the matter was that he shouldn't want blood. He had fallen asleep the night before his arrival in Harad and expected to be disgusted with himself upon his awakening but he was not... in fact he was quite pleased that he wasn't for he beleived himself to be a free being from the ties of evil and light. Now he had the power to do whatever he wanted without weakness. He had memories of the days of old and of old spells and tricks. He was a powerful being by all rights and though now he appeared to be orc kind he was much much more.
The people of Harad eyed hims curiously as he stumbled through the marketplace mumbling aloud to himself how Angmar was just a lot of cowards that were all talk. He wanted blood, he craved it and it just so happened that a child was running towards him. He began babbling in his foreighn language and appeared to be crying. Why on Earth is this child running to me? Well it matters not... Blood is blood and the young's flesh are told be that much sweeter. Grashnik lifted the small crying child up by his tunic and at this the guards of the city watched him curiously. The boy stopped crying only for a moment and pressed close to Grashnik only to smell the reeking stench of orc. He looked up and frowned but that was his last frown for at that moment the sharp teech of the creature pressed into his neck sending trickles of blood down his small tunic. The flesh was ripped away and the boy was dropped to the ground with a fearful expression engraved upon his childish face. The guards of the city quickly surrounded him yelling some strange language. The orcish creature only smiled and lifted his hammer, swinging it about. They were dispatched quickly, lying upon the sandy stone with their heads swolen from the trama delt to their skulls by Grashnik's deadly weapon.
(Anyone can step in but it would be nice if Guredhir did.)

Gurherdir sat atop a nearby building as the guards surrounded the outlander. "What brings a creature like you to the peaceful streets of Umbar?" he asked, looked to his left, saw two thugs beat up another resident and steal his money, the turned back to the newcomer and said, "Make that what brings a creature like you to Umbar the not so peaceful?" And then to the guards in the narive tongue of Harad, <Stand down, I want to talk to him>.

"I came to go fight in me own tournament at Rhun. I wanna give 'em a new king but it aint started yet so I came here to get me some action! I'm the steward o' Angmar all right but the're all talk and fight. I went to Angrenost to rough me up some Isengard grunts but all they do is wait for the comman. Meself, I like to follow me own rules and do what I think necessary and what I think necessary is that the people of Middle Earth surrendur to darkness and give us all their tasty flesh!"
Grashnik laughed pleased with himself but wondered why this man atop the building was questioning him and why he was answering his inquireries. He gripped his hammer and gestured it wildly towards the man yelling. "Who are you anyway! Why do them guards listen to you because I wanna have that kinda power too. Where'd you get it?" Grashnik was much smarter than he let on to be and he had fully given into the mind of the orc finding it be quite interesting. He kept in mind that this man was obviously dangerous and a threat to him in every way.

"I am Gurherdir, Lord of Harad, among other names," the man said. "These guards are employed by me, so they follow my orders. I'd be more than happy to show you how strong I am if you'd like me to, for I have the ability to fight without carrying such a heavy weapon as that," he said as he leaped off the roof, his black robe swirling in the wind.

Grashnik smiled and gripped his hammer. He would show this day that his ties to days of old had served him well and the weak species that he appeared to be gave him all the more advantage.
"So you wanna fight, do you? Well a'right. I'm up fer a little brawl, but be prepared because I aint gonna hold back if that's what yer askin'"

Gurherdir threw off his robe and one of the nearby guards caught it. On each of his fingers sat a two inch claw of mithril, allowing him to fight just as he would in his wolf form as a human. Quickly he grabbed an ale from a passerby and threw it onto his opponents face. "Ready?" he asked.

Grashnik smiled and spat forward into the man's eye. He than ran forward with his hammer in hand moving quite quickly for one so large and with so heavy armour.
(so whats the point of this fight? are you testing me?)

Gurherdir leaped at Grashnik, and when he reached him he lunged one of his hands forward so that his claws would go right through the neck and the other hand would stay back ready to defend against an attack.
(Right now Gurherdir's just looking for a good fight to break the boredom in between wars)

Grashnik quickly flipped backwards, something you would not normally see from one wearing heavy armour, and swung his hammer forward towards Gurherdir's mithril hand with unmatched force.
(He might wanna serve you for a little while. he too is looking for action.)

Gurherdir grabbed one of his guards and stuck him in the way of the hammer. The guard dropped to the ground, knocked out. "See that he gets medical help," Gurherdir said and rolled on the ground till he was behind Grashnik. He lundged forward with both hands so his claws would puncture the back of Grashnik's armour. He hoped.

Grashnik dropped down and kicked both of his legs backwards so that Gurherdir would fall towards Grashnik where he would roll out of the way and slam his hammer on Gurherdir's back.
"Usin' you're guards for blockin'. That's cheatin aint it. I didn't know cheatin was allowed."

"Fairness is a wonderful thing. It has nothing to do with war." Grashnik's legs collided with Gurherdir's and knocked him over, but he rolled over and stood up gracefully. "I think I'm going to offer you a job," he said, "How would you like to betray Angmar and become my second-in-command?"

Grashnik smiled. Perhaps Angmar was becoming somewhat of a bore, perhaps not. It all depended on what the realm of Haradwaith had to offer him and his sister always had told him that he needed to try new things.
"So I get to control me some o' them guards there, eh? A'right. I beleive I shall. The intelligant speech was to show that Grashnik was truly not an imbecile. "I hope it shall be a pleasure serving you... My Lord.
Now was a truly dangerous moment for the heart of Grashnik would be more rapidly corrupted now that he had given his allegance to Gurherdir. He knew this... and he embraced it unknowing of the sadness that Ingwe and the Valar shared at that moment.
