the sacking of isengard

((Ok, I asked Aaron about this and he said that there is alway time limitations, even if you are not coming from a battle.))

Kili's forces are moving fast and are two days away.

The Trebuchets nearest the gate pounded the oposing rams with a barrage of fire while the archers The gate was barred from behind, planks of wood skillfully locked into position. Megloren's voice continued to boom over his men- "You are a slave of Morsereg I expect. Nothing more than a slave to do his work. And then he will take your realm from you when he's finished. You know this, dont you? Join Gondor. Be our ally. There can come no victor of evil. When Angmar is defeated at Minas Tirith, then you will be punished and your realm taken from you."

he still did not answear, his ram still beating upon the gates, and his catapults still firing at his enemy's trebuchets.

Garland himself rode to Isengard's gate. He trotted fearlessly upon his massive black steed as arrows whized by, knowing none would touch him. He looked up to Megloren and called out. "Perhaps it is time you and I had a talk, Megloren. Let me in and we might come to an understanding that would allow you to keep your Realm. That is unless you think Gondor will come riding to you aide. It seems though, they do not answer your calls as of late." He sat motionless upon his steed awaiting her answer.

[Megloren Istdale]

"Im not that weak-minded, Garland. You will put up a single ladder, and climb up that. Understand?" Perhaps he was being genuine, but there was a possability it was a trick. "I also want you to send your slave of Ered Luin back to their home. I will have no suprise attacks whilst I am doing bussiness."

[Valdrik]

"Ered Luin is my ally, not my slave, there are differences." He waved his hands to the trolls and they ceased their powerfull battering and from the rear soldiers brought forth a ladder and raised it. Garland looked to Decimus, "Hold your troops off for the moment." He then scaled the ladder and stood before Megloren. "These armies will hold their position as we discuss things. Now, shall we go to your study?"

Decimus ordered his dwareves to stop attacking, and they did.

[Megloren Istdale]

((I destroyed your rams with the trebuchet fire. ))

Megloren eyed him closely before making her way towards the tower, Garland at her side.

Kilis force is hours away, they set up camp to start constructing the seige wepons that they brought with them, soon the dwarves would be ready.

[Garland]

A scout arrived in the camps of the forces of Enedwaith, Moria and Mithlond with news that a grand host from Kili had arrived and set camp not far away. The forces mobilized and moved out, 44,000 of them, only leaving behind 1,000 trolls that would help with bringing down Isengard's gate if the talks between Megloren and Garland did not go well.

Within mere hours just as night fell, wrag riders form Moria swamed into the dwarvish camp, jumping into tents and ripping dwarves apart. Behind the wrags cavalry from Mithlond, more trolls from Moria and gobblin archers joined in the fray. Kili would meet his doom.

((I would have dwarves on watch, so you warg would not get into my camp without getting shot down, and another thing, there is no way you could have a thousand trolls.))

[Garland]

((Unless you erected some 30 foot wall around your camp then my wrags are are attacking you. Feel free to RP that you fight back, or not whatever. As for a thousand trolls, thats just the number of them I have left at Isengards gate, my army has far MORE than a thousand trolls. Now, if you came to this battle to fight, lets get on with it.))

The dwarves patroling see the wargs and wake up the army, Kili lunges at the first warg to enter te camp and cuts its head off with one swing then brings his axe down on another warg, the dwarves attack the wargs horde, the archer assemble and shoot at the remaining warg.
