Foxfoot Lonebuck's Dwelling

[Foxfoot Lonebuck]

Deep in the dark forest of Mirkwood, far from the beaten path lies Fox's humble tree house. The door enters the hollowed trunk of an ancient tree where you then climb a spiraled stair case to the large loft that is cradled in the great tree's branches. Two lamps hang at the door, a beacon to any travelers that may have lost thier way in the woods.

[senshi]

senshi entered mirkwood, and walked till nightfall, but had left the path, without knowing it till a few hours later, but he soon saw lights, and went for them, when hye arrived at them he saw that they were coming from a tree,and to his suprise there was a door on it, he knocked on it, and said in a loud voice "there had better be someone living here."

Fox sat on a treelimb near his home and watched as the stranger walked to his door. He jumped from the limb and landed quietly behind the man, tapping him on the shoulder. "Goodevening, stranger. Lost the path and seek a place to stay, is that correct?"

[senshi]

he turned around quickly, he had his sword drawn but when he said these words he seathed it and said "Aye, i lost my path after night fell,could i stay were you live for a night?"

Fox walked around the fellow and unlocked his door, opening it to reveal the stairway that led to his home above. "I suppose it wouldn't be decent of me to leave you outdoors with the spiders." He motioned for the man to enter, and after he did Fox followed, bolting the door shut. As they began climbing the stairs Fox inquired, "Might I have your name, sir, and I'm curious as to what brings you so deep into the forest I must say."

[senshi]

"my name is senshi, and i was just travelling through this forest,i know not were i am or were i am going tho."

Fox looked at the fellow and thought it funny for someone to travel through such a dangerous place for no good reason. "Well, Senshi, if you don't know where you are, and you don't know where you're going, you'll never reach your destination will you. Where are you from?"

[senshi]

"True, i will never reach my destination, seeing as i have none, but i am from rhun, but may i ask who you are, my kind sir?"

[Foxfoot Lonebuck]

"I am Foxfoot Lonebuck, but, you can call me Fox. Now, Rhun you say you are from? You have traveled quite a distance to come to Mirkwood, especially being as you have no purpose to your journey." As they made their way into the top lounge of the treehouse Fox went and poured some ale from and old keg and offered one to Senshi.

[senshi]

"it is a long way, but my job takes me to far places, i am a mercenary." he took the mug and drank some, and then said "tho i serve no one at the moment."

[Foxfoot Lonebuck]

"Oh, mercenary you say? And you come to Mirkwood looking for work? I'm not quite sure you'll find any here, but then again who knows."

[senshi]

"no, im just passing through it, ill look for work when i need it. right now i dont."

[Foxfoot Lonebuck]

"Do people pay you well for your servicies? Perhaps I should give a stab at your profession sometime. Though, I'm not really to sure I'd stick my neck out to do the bidding of someone to lazy or weak to do it themselves."

[senshi]

"sometimes it dose, yet others it dosnt. I think im going to get some rest now fox." he finished his drink, and layed down, falling asleep a few moments later.

Late the next morning the man still had not woke so Fox left him a map of Mirkwood and a sack of food. Fox then left to go on one of his daily hunts.
