The hall became loud and filled with the babble of those assembled around the dark lord. The orcs jeered and laughed pointing mangled fingers towards the newcomer as one of the company ran ahead and whispered something in Alcorad's ear. The Dark Lord swept his blade upward and the creature's entrails fell from its gut and its limp shell of a body collapsed to the ground. "None of you cretens are allowed to come to so close to me!" Alcorad glared at the useless beings around him and began to bark orders here and there. "Be silent!" he shouted. "We have a visitor and I would very much like to speak to this one without your incessive ramblings! Useless beasts! I care not what happens to you or I would have you executed for causing such a scene in my presence! Now begone!" Without so much as a word, Alcorad's audience scurried down through the doors on either side of the throne hall that led to various locations in Barad-dur.
As the silence settled and nothing more could be heard save the crackling fires of the torches, Alcorad turned his harsh gaze upon the newcomer. "You have come to the fortress of Barad-dur and faced the runts of my army. You have made your way into my throne and caused quite a scene. Had it not been for you I would not be so irate right now. Speak quickly of your motives for my patience is short, and reach long."

Jadyis turned and watched as his servants left, she scanned them over in turn as she looked some weakness in them that she may exploit lest she be faced with them again. It an amusement to slaughter them, and she hoped to have the oppurtunity again, so weak.
As they left her attention once again turned to Alcoard and she started at him with a quiet defense, an amusment that she had made it this far into the great fortress of Barad-dur and did not have as much as a scratch to show for her efforts.
"I am Jadyis" she took a step forward, bowing low to him nimply before straightning again "I have come seeking a great power that I have heard rumors that dwells here. If you are the great power I have heard of, then I wish to allign myself with you so that we may burn this Middle Earth and cast in once again into shadow. My motives are as simple as that, I do not request much, grant me what I do wish, and we shall get along fine" her eyes sparkled melicously.

Alcorad looked upon Jadys with a slight expression of amusement but also of frustration. "It amuses me to no extent that you have come to my throne room only to give your services to me but it troubles me that after so short a time here my presence has become known throughout Middle Earth. Already I have been visited by Khaldun-Nasser of Rhun who came in search of alliance. I have done well to keep my deelings within the dark barrier that shadows this land from all light. I would like for you to tell me where the rumors are circulating so that I may put a stop to it." A small smile escaped his lips as he imagined killing those who had spied upon the uprising of Lugburz. "I shall cut them down at the source."
After a moment of silence another thought struck Alcorad and his eyes scanned the newcomer with slight curiosity at her appearance. "Earlier you spoke of casting Middle Earth into shadow and setting it a'flame. What makes you so worthy as to stand at the side of the Dark Lord and lambast the remainder of Arda into shadow. What can you do that is so impressive." He could feel her power eminating. She was no mortal, she was of the maia as Alcorad was.

Jadyis was silent for a moment "Alas, I am afraid I have not been in your presence but a minute and I have already fed you falesness" she said with an excerated sigh "I heard no rumors, but came here on my own accord for I have felt the darkness eminating from this place and have been drawn to it from my residence in the north. I cannot say why you earlier visitor came, but I came on instinct alone"
Turning slightly, she looked around as if to ensure they were truely alone, satisfied that they were she turned back to Alcoard "I have many...abilities" but there are some that I prefer to keep to myself for the time being. For it is never wise to give out all your secrets, I am sure you are agreeable on this fact" Without waiting for an answear. Closing her eyes, her body went very still and the tourches in the room began to flicker before going out completely. They were both cast into a darkness that did not last for long, as soon the chamber was filled with a brillaint light as a ring of flames appeared around Jadyis, apperantly originating from the floor from once she stood.
The flames crackled and danced raging higher and higher they leaped towards Jadyis but did not burn her, she stood with her eyes closed as though oblivious to all around her. The flames began to recide before vanishing completely, The torches once again sprang to life and the room was once again cast into the shadows that they provided. Jadyis opened her eyes, the amber color slowly fading from them as she took in a deep breath as she came from this state.
Her attention turned to Alcoard, a small smile creeping across her features "Is that enough or do you require further...proof, of my authentcity?"

Alcorad watched her illusion intently, leaning to the side and resting his head on his fist. As the fires returned to their original positions he leaned upward and flashed a malevolent smirk. "Interesting illusion." he said blandly. "but I am afraid mere tricks of light shall not deliver you into the good graces of my court. I can tell that you are more than capable of making a difference, do not misunderstand, but you must prove yourself first. I would be a foolish lord to grant one such a high position in such an... unpopular place." he laughed quietly and arkly before speaking again once more. "The goblins and snaga are not in numbers sufficient enough to man the slave farms of Nurn and Gorgoroth. Soon I shall send a large party of Black Uruks Westwards to Gondor on a slave raid to Belfalas. If you are trustworthy and powerful enough to make this mission successful, then perhaps I shall allow you to be at the forefront of this small step forwards to the bettering of Mordor. What say you?"

Jadyis bristled at her abilities being referred to as mere illusions of the light but reamined silent listening intently to what Alcoard to had to say anyways. Never had she expected to put through such feats for in her mind, she was doing this a fool a great service by offering herself and her abilities to his cause. But if he where to question her, she would prove herself for she knew she would have no difficulty in doing so "I shall" she said at last, after a long heavy moment of silence between them "But if I suceed, you should not doubt me again"

Alcorad furrowed a brow and locked eyes with Jadyis. "Well I shall not doubt you if you give me no reason to, however if you did give me reason to doubt you my reaction may not be one so endearing as now. Already the Orcs are gathering at Seregost and shall soon be gathering at the Sea of Nurnen on the harbors of Nurngost. I shall provide you with a Fell Steed suitable to your needs ride so that you may ride south along the Nurn Road. There should be no complications on this journey. At the harbors a large Mordorian fleet should be assembled of no less than two hundred ships. This should be ample more than you need for a mere slave raid. At that point you would take the river Gurthrant through the Mountains of the Ephel Duath. There is a secret underwater tributary that few save the most esteemed captains of Mordor know of and none of those who inhabit Gondor. This tributary will lead you out of the Ephel Duath and onto the river Poros. You will be delivered onto the Anduin from there and then out into the seas. At that point you should sail west a good distance away from Gondor's shores. Once you run along the region Belfalas turn sharply north and make dock at one of the minor villages on the borders of that region. By doing that a slower retribution should come from Minas Tirith allowing you more time. After you fill the ships with slaves sail to Umbar in Haradwaith and restock your supplies. The Corsairs there are friendly to Mordor and shall support you in your acts against Gondor. Once you are resupplied and have waited there until the Gondorians have ceased their search, move back North to Mordor via the river Poros. Your return should be far longer than your departure for you then shall be sailing upstream rather than down. Is that understood?"

Several days after leaving Rhun the messenger from Enedwaith found himself at the great Black Gate of Mordor. After a curt interrogation he was allowed entrance into the dark realm and he made his way ever cautiously to the great tower of Barad Dur. The Black Uruks guarding the entrance permitted him through and the man entered the throne where he waited for his turn to speak to the dark lord Alcorad.

Jadyis remained silent as she listened to what the lord Alcoard had to ask of her Slaves, how common and unchallenging she thought to herself, she had a very low opinion of the mortal race and was quite sure that the travel would take more time than the task itself though if Alcoard were to lend her forces and ships this will would help great "Understood" she replied lowering her head to him. Rising again she turned on her heel to go, pausing in the entrance to the throne room "On my return we shall discuss the termsof my services further" with that she was gone from sight.

Alcorad turned his gaze to the messenger of Enedwaith. "Speak." he said in a commanding tone. Even the slightest hint of superiority would cost the messenger his life. . Now perhaps the lowly vagabond of Enedwaith would feel the reppercusions of Alcorad's rage.

The messenger stepped forward and bowed, not lifting his head as he began to speak. "Thank you, m'lord for seeing me." He looked up then, but kept a humble half-bow in the presence of the Dark Lord. "Valdrik of Enedwaith has sent me here, to offer you an alliance..."

"My, my. Everyone truly does know of my presence here. I should hope that the lords of the Free Realms know naught of me, lest I need to veil my actions here with a second face." A slight mirthy smile crossed Alcorad's face and he narrowed his eyes looking down upon the messenger from his high throne. "and if this is true then I suppose the terms of a true alliance guarantee that your lord, Valdrik, shall forever pledge his aid and the aid of Enedwaith's inhabitants to my cause? Certainly if Valdrik knows of me then so does the leader of Rohan. And if Rohan knows of my presence as does Gondor, my near neighbor. Speak quickly."

The messenger nodded, "Of course, my lord offers you his aid and would expect the same of you in the event Enedwaith is attacked." The messeger smiled, "Valdrik would also like to hold a coucil of dark powers. When the time for that comes, he would be most pleased if you were to attend."

Alcorad slightly nodded as if being breifed in some tedious way. "I understand the mutual agreements of alliance!" he barked. "I need not be lectured. And as for your master's council, I shall attend. I am most curious to learn of possible allies and of possible... greivances. Now go, messenger of Enedwaith, before my mind changes." The doors of the throne room were flung open as if a sighn to hurry the wild man on his way.

The messenger nodded, "My appogiies, you lordship, no offense was meant, and thank you, Valdrik will be pleased I am sure." The bowed once more then hurried away. After exiting Barad-Dur he did not head back towards the Black Gate, but rather he rode for the Gap of Khand.
